My awakening led me to connect with the energy of Sophia. I became aware of her presence within me and started to listen. Sophia supported me in recognizing a deeper truth within me and in becoming present with my wisdom and my energy. Day by day she inspired me to begin a new way of living. She helped me to discover my joy and my ability to receive the love of my soul. Out of this connection with her my own work emerged. I now accompany people on their path of awakening. As I am working with feminine energy my approach is very different from other spiritual teachers. The feminine way is (for me) much more flowing and goes beyond the interference of the mind. It is about arriving within you, connecting with your soul and establishing trust that things are evolving for you. The feminine energy brings beauty and abundance into your life with ease. When I asked Sophia what my work is about I heard her say: “You are advertising life. With every breath, with every step that you take, you are inviting others to leave their hiding place and sink into the arms of their soul.” It is such a joy for me to witness a person unfolding and truly starting to live. My focus is on experiencing the New. In my opinion there is so much knowledge out there that is not being felt and not being lived. For me the New starts with experiencing it. All my seminars and sessions are based on experience – not only on concepts. It is my own personal joy to grow together with others or in stillness with myself. My work is constantly unfolding along with me. I receive inspiration and great support from Sophia, my partner Matthias and my work with Norma Delaney. I am living with my partner Matthias in a little town close to Frankfurt in Germany. Every day I enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds us and take walks with our little puppy Noah. Lea Hamann
