While working with a client, I heard me saying: See, now you are changing your past. She has had a horrifying early childhood and had great problems with her body ever since. There was never enough love and stillness so that she could really connect with her body. Until now. Now she is breathing and receiving the love of her soul every day. Through breathing this love, her aspects that had been pushed away can melt and come home. While breathing with her I realized how much her life is changing. Until now she was a woman with a horrifying childhood who carried her wounded aspects around with her and had trouble with her body. By starting to receive love she would slowly heal her aspects and her body. She would become a different person. We don’t have to stay stuck with what happened in our childhood. We don’t have to accept these wounds and difficulties as part of our personality any more. We can reinvent who we are. I am loved. I am a happy child of my soul. I receive her love every day. I am well nourished and content. There is less crying inside of me. There is much more stillness, more ease and gentleness. I am rarely fearful and unsure. It hasn’t always been like that. I changed. And my life changed along with me. Every loving breath that I took writes a new story. So in my opinion we can change our past. We can create and recreate our life every day. While more and more people start changing their past, even science is catching up. I found a great article from Deepak Chopra about this topic. Science is still unsure and vague but shows us that consciousness is changing. |
