Hi dear Friends,

hopefully you are enjoying the energy of this new year as much as I am. I felt immediately lighter and more at ease. 2009 was a very intense, very challenging year that invited me to get to the bottom of so many old wounds. That was most certainly challenging but also rewarding in many ways.

2010 brings forth many soft and supporting energies. It feels like a tender mist that surrounds the earth and helps to balance body and soul.
