It’s always astounding to me to observe how the energy of Sophia knows how to expand and reach people beyond everything my human mind would consider possible. One of these miracles happened recently when Wenche, a dear friend form Norway, started to translate the Sophia Channelings into Norwegian. She has created a special space on her website, just for Sophia.

I know how much work it is to create new websites and to maintain them lovingly. So from the bottom of my heart – thank you Wenche for this beautiful gift! Sophia has such a love for humans and especially for those who love to listen to nature, to the spirit of earth and water – and I guess Norway is a big part of that.

Last week I received a beautiful email from a client who had a session with me:

"Dear Lea,

About two months ago I did a phone-session with you. It has been a great joy for me, it helped me to take a few steps that were very helpful for me.

You reminded me of being gentle and patient with myself. I've heard those words before, but somehow in this session I could feel it in the depth of me. After the session I've slept all day and had strange awarenesses in my half-sleep-half-awake. As if something was hitting me against my head real hard and a lot of feelings. I was glad that I slept almost through all the day.

You also invited me to dive deeper in the breath, to allow my breath deeper in my belly and to connect with the earth energy. This was something I had felt before, and something my soul had proposed to me. But it was something I was really afraid of. You reminding me, gave me the courage and trust to keep on breathing this deep. Even though there were voices that kept telling me it was bad, or unhealthy for my organs, even though intense aspects came up. And I am taking it one breath at a time, not overwhelming myself, but I do keep choosing to breathe deeper and connect with earth.

I have been living without an income for a period of time and before that I always had just enough and a fearful relationship with abundance/money/earth. After our session a lot has shifted in this area of my life. Connecting my breathing and my soul energy with earth, and allowing myself to do it in my way, my time, step by step, opened up the gate to my abundance.

I started feeling this first in myself. And I just knew I had opened my way to abundance, although I didn't 'see' it in my 3D world yet. So the greatest gift at first was the release of the fear of shortage. I started to experience trust instead of fear of shortage, while I was in the same situation.

Now I am only two months from the birthing of this new awareness and I see my abundance manifest around me. Babysteps, I am talking about the first time I could buy new underwear again, finally shopping in the supermarket without calculating if I can afford it (ffjieuw, such a release!), buying sport clothes for my running-hobby, being able to pay the dentist because of a positive change in my insurance-contract…

I have never felt so joyful in spending money and receiving before. (I just bought a mixer for making soup and I let the package stand in the kitchen, because every time I see it I feel so abundant, it is as if my soul is smiling to me through that package) But most of all I find out that what is my greatest abundance is that I see myself in earth. I am no longer hidden in some realm ''out there'', I am now more and more present on earth: And that gives me so much joy!! 

So Lea I want to thank you for guiding me in such a profound way. You feel to me like a dear friend and I can feel from all that I am that I do deeply appreciate your Being and the work you do."

We gather here in order to talk about an issue that touches all humans here on this earth. It is an issue that is not particularly easy and not particularly pleasant. And therefore we want to invite you before we begin together to let your breath become soft and to sink deeper into your belly. We invite you to arrive totally here in this Now moment.

You will need all your compassion, all your tenderness, all your patience in order to be with this issue that we want to bring into this space that we share together today.

This space of awakening becomes more and more vibrant. For each day, each week, each month newly awakened humans enter here, join this consciousness of awakening. Each day there are humans who pause and begin to perceive what has always been there but has suddenly moved to the center of their awareness. And this change happens so subtly, almost casually so that many humans don’t realize yet that they truly awakened.

Only as time goes by and they begin to change, to be more loving with themselves and take another path – only then do they start to consider what actually has happened to them. They begin to ask questions and start to search, to search for themselves.

It’s an intense time here on this earth that is in the midst her own awakening, for this awakening is still fairly new, fairly childlike, fairly gentle. It still happens in the background. And although the earth shows by the continual shifts she is going through that a new era arises – it’s still relatively easy to pretend that everything will remain the same.

As soon as you begin to feel you will observe; that the earth feels different than some years ago, that the consciousness of humans feels different and that your own consciousness feels completely different. It’s no longer as it has been. You are in the midst of your awakening. Just as the earth slowly begins to awaken, the consciousness of humans also slowly begins to find a new path.

And within this awakening, within this shift it is important to become aware that you are not as connected to your soul, to your source as you were long ago. When we talk about connectedness we mean this state of oneness where you are totally merged with your soul, so that her love is able to reach you, and the two of you are one.

All humans come from this state, from this oneness. All souls come from this oneness. And as you know, this oneness is not as present today as it once was. If you perceive yourself within this moment you might feel that you are not completely one with your soul. Maybe you are not even one with yourself or with your body, your everyday life or your relationships. Maybe there are many areas within your life where you are not one.

And this discovery is not new. Many talk about the duality that you live in. Many talk about the separation between humans and their soul, between masculine and feminine energy, between up and down, light and heavy, black and white. The fact that you live in a world of duality is not new.

As humanity is going through a time of awakening our planet is changing also. Earth is currently shifting many of her old energies, changing her rhythms and weather patterns. This change can be very gentle or rather destructive - and the choice is ours. When we treat Earth as something separate from us, we block the flow of energy and we disconnect from her.

My invitation is to reconnect with the Earth. When humans form a loving relationship with the Earth, energies will flow very differently. This intimate connection to Earth has been a part of many old cultures and nature religions. People who held this sacred bond with Earth knew about the rhythms of Earth, how to shift energy and move in harmony with the changes that occur.

Today every awakened human can choose to connect lovingly with the Earth and receive her love. Through this deeper connection a new energy can be born. Energy shifts can happen more gently without major destruction and fear. While we are going through this time of change, take a moment each day to reconnect with the earth and align with her. You will feel stronger in your body, more grounded and your own energy system will be at ease with the change that is happening all around you.

Connecting with the Earth is not about saving the earth or going into any kind of drama. It's about opening up a long forgotten link of love that wants to be here again. Let your own home become a fountain of Earth's love. Create your own sacred space where the healing and balancing energy of the earth can be present for you and those around you.

We would like to speak about the energy that is so present here on this earth today – the energy that you call Easter which is really just a time of deep transformation and change.

You are invited to be here in this space with us today where we want to look at this energy in a new way. We want to perceive together how this energy that pours onto this earth at the moment can assist you; how this energy can support and carry your life.

This day that you call Easter has many different layers. There is a very deep, very old layer that is anchored here in Europe – from a very old religion that was based on nature. This time was simply when people connected with the earth. Winter was over and they could feel that a new year, a new cycle was about to begin.

And the people connected quite consciously with the earth at this time of the year. They walked outside; they felt the earth, the rhythms and the energies as they wanted to create this new year in harmony with them. The people of nature religions always celebrated feasts or rituals to come closer to the energies of the earth, to be in tune with its consciousness. And so they were very aware of the seasons, the weather, the right time to sow and the right time to harvest. They allowed themselves to flow with the rhythm of the earth, with the energy of the earth instead of being separate from them.

And these old feasts were fertility rites. They welcomed the first signs of new life and they invited people to feel their own fertility within. And this fertility didn’t necessarily have to do with having children but was and still is about an inner fruitfulness.

It was an invitation for people to feel that there is a soul living within that they can connect with that wants to create and be visible in this world. People were invited to feel that something New wants to emerge from their soul energy over and over again. People were invited to feel that they are fertile themselves. They were invited to feel this again, to remember this again; to realize that they aren’t here just to be slaves in their own lives, to just fight for their daily survival but that they can bring something even deeper here onto this earth.

So I speak to you. So I speak to you today; in this moment – while the earth is awakening, while consciousness is awakening.

And so I invite you to pause for a moment, to sink deeply within for a moment and be with yourself.

I am this love that is speaking to you. I am the wind in the branches. I am the depth of the earth. I am Sophia. I am what you cannot see, what you cannot touch. I am not a human being as you are. But a human being such as you can give me a voice, can give me words and let me enter here onto this earth so that you can see me, so that you can touch me, so that we can talk together.

Where the invisible becomes visible, where the consciousness within you becomes human, where the great unfolds in the small we meet. And your mind cannot grasp what we experience together but you can allow yourself to trust your feeling, to let your breath flow and perceive; perceive what really happens.

It is a special time on this earth, a time of awakening; a time that was predicted and understood in many prophecies. A time where something comes to an end and something new begins. The long period of sleep comes to an end and the time of awakening, of consciousness begins.

You are invited to perceive that the whole earth and each human along with her are preparing to move into a new era, into a new awakening. You are invited to feel that this awakening doesn’t happen in one moment to the next but is gradually emerging. This awakening that you have been experiencing within you has been happening over a length of time and is still unfolding.

We begin this month, this second month in a relatively new year with a new energy.

You are invited to be here with us. You are invited to spend some time with us; to open up to the New that wants to come in. And to maybe let go of a bit of what is imbalanced, release it so that it can find a new balance.

The earth herself is undergoing a transformation. And those of you who begin to connect to this earth that you live on in a new way – you can feel the shift. You can feel the shift in the layers of rock within the depths of the earth. You can feel the shift in the flowing of the water, in the changing of the seasons and in the trees. You can feel the shift in the animals and the plants. And for those of you who consciously connect to this earth let yourselves feel how this shift is so loving and appropriate.

The more human beings begin to open up to the shift of this earth and consciously accompany it, the softer, the more tender the shift can occur. The more human beings say Yes to the shift the more gently it will happen.

And in areas, in regions where you find many human beings who say No to the shift and out of fear and helplessness misunderstand that something New wants to happen and that this something New is loving – within these regions the shift will happen more forcefully.

Wherever human beings resist the New they make it more difficult for themselves. If you resist the spring, if you don’t open up and let in the awakening of spring deep within yourself and within this earth, then it will be more difficult for you. You will perceive the spring and each shift as an enemy. Your body will resist. Your innermost being will resist. And finally you will become allergic to spring. Not because the spring is harmful but because you haven’t accepted it’s time for spring, it’s time for a new beginning.

It needs your presence; it needs your permission so that the arrival of spring may happen tenderly and gracefully and so that your body is able to prepare for it. Your innermost being, your feelings, your whole life may open up for it.

And it’s the same with the grand shift that is happening right now within this earth that will continue through this year and for more years to come.

We welcome you in this New Year. In this year which has a bit bigger and a bit deeper energy than last year. It’s kind of like repotting a plant into a bigger container. In the same way you are invited to be in this bigger space. In this bigger, deeper space that holds you so lovingly; that makes so much more New possible, that invites you to let so much more New flow.

And if you would like, take a moment in order to arrive in this New Year, in this new space, in this Now moment. To no longer resist what you are feeling, what is in your life, but simply be with it. Turn lovingly towards your life. Turn lovingly towards yourself and all the things, all the energies that are within your life. Are you able to turn lovingly towards them?
