And so we begin together.

As I, Sophia, enter into this now moment in order to spend some time with you. I allow my energy to flow into this space so that you are able to perceive me, so that you are able to feel my love and so that my wisdom may speak to you.

I, Sophia, invite you wherever you may be right now, whatever you are busy with, whatever is concerning you - I invite you to pause for a moment, to take a little break while you are reading or listening to this channeling. I invite you to just sit back, to just observe your feelings, your body, to just observe everything that is moving within you. Feel this stillness and come to rest – this is my invitation for you.

And so we begin together.

In order to dare a further step with me, Sophia; in order to experience, to follow a further step of your own soul. I welcome each one of you, each one of you dear friends who has entered this space today. I welcome you within this safe and still space that we share together. This space that is not separate, that doesn’t have to protect itself from the outside, but is connected to the world, to the earth. This space that is connected to the sky, that opens up to all above. This space, that allows so many energies to flow with each new breath.

I, Sophia, invite you to arrive here now. I invite you to take a step back in order to really arrive within your centre, your inner being. You see, there is so much happening on your earth right now. So much is in motion. The energetic situation on earth right now is causing many little crises within the consciousness of human beings, within the collective consciousness of this earth. And because of these many little crises so much comes up to the surface that was suppressed, that was lost, that was forgotten.

Another channeling that was done in 2007 has been translated. It is interesting that the energy of Mary is very present in this channeling. Just last weekend we went to Austria to hold our seminar "Return of the Goddess" and guess which energy came to touch the group? It was Mary. It is a profound joy for us to remember these precious energies with all of you.

as I, Sophia, enter into this Now, into this Now moment with you. It is the beginning of another year of this path - this experience we share together, this experience the earth is going through right now. And I, Sophia, invite you to perceive how special our gathering is today. Once again we meet in a new way, in a different way than before.

And I, Sophia, invite you to feel that the two of us are alone with one another in this space today. The two of us are alone so that we may communicate in a very personal, intimate way. We are alone to enjoy a moment of stillness that is here now for you. This stillness that is sometimes scarce in your everyday life -this stillness that helps your body to heal, that helps your feelings to come into balance, to rebalance. This stillness that allows your mind to become soft and flexible. This stillness within you that allows you to be here in this moment just the way you are right now.

Sometimes my soul gives me a single word that accompanies me for a while. Maybe this is where my past comes through and all my earlier experiences with ZEN and meditation. Either way, I always like to let this word sink in and experience its depth for a while. And it is beautiful to hear this single word within me again and again. I would like to share my actual word with you at this time.

For about two weeks the word “tenderness” has been accompanying me. As I contemplated this word and observed what it means to allow tenderness in my life, I became aware of how much there is for me to learn. In these times when so much is shifting, changing and nothing is static anymore - neither within nor without - we sometimes find ourselves in difficulty. Maybe we pressure ourselves, believing that everything has to be handled right away and quickly. Sometimes if we are not careful we burden ourselves with too much. Or we just forget to give ourselves the loving attention we need. Below I would like to describe what I found out personally when I was focussing on tenderness.

Lately I have heard from many of my clients – especially from those who have chosen to allow the return of the Feminine Energy into their life – that all of a sudden there are Phases of Stillness in their life. A new rhythm arises; a dance between times of enormous inspiration and creativity, followed by times of doing nothing, of a great need for stillness.

For me this rhythm, this swinging back and forth between activity and inactivity is so much a part of my life that I seldom think about it. I just notice how the Feminine Energy is embodied in these rhythms - something that we accept quite easily in the changes of the seasons, the phases of the moon and even in the natural rhythms of our bodies.

And so we begin together.

As I, Sophia, enter into this now, into our gathering today, into this space, into this moment I share with you.

I invite you to let your breath flow softly and connect to the energy of our gathering today. For you see: our gathering has a very special energy, a very special quality, a very special look and a very special form. Maybe you want to perceive that our gathering today takes place in the middle of nature, far away from the big cities, in a beautiful countryside where creeks are flowing, where you can see meadows, trees and woods; where the animals can roam around freely and watch us. And I, Sophia, invite you to arrive into this now moment, to feel the peace and the stillness surrounding our gathering today.
