And so we begin together.

As I, Sophia, enter into this Now moment, into this Now moment of love with you. You are invited to feel how much closer you allow me to come into your space, into your reality, into this Now moment. Something within you says Yes bigger than ever before. And this Yes resounding from deep within you allows the arrival of so much New into your life; allows the blossoming of so many new dimensions of love within your life.

And I, Sophia, am a tone of this love, an aspect of this wisdom and love that would like so much to reach you, truly reach you. You are invited to feel that this love that I am has a very unique tone, a very unique warmth and safety and security. And whenever you choose for yourself, you may begin to embrace some of this love for you; to embrace some of this love that belongs only to you.

Before we get started with our gathering today you are invited to connect with yourself first; to connect with yourself, with your own soul. To connect with your body and with this earth that holds you.

I invite you to allow your breath to flow for within this breath the essence of your soul flows, a little bit more flows in each breath. This flow of energy has been blocked for so long and invites you today to let it flow again; to allow this flowing again, to let this energy flow. To soften your body and let this energy flow.

How often have you held back your life force energy; in your shoulders, in your neck and even in your heart and your belly? How often have you held it back? How often have you tried to block it?

And it is time for you to let this life force energy flow again; to notice how safe you are, how gentle this energy truly is. She doesn’t ask for anything. She doesn’t want anything; she is only here to discover more of herself, to discover this being that you truly are.

Can you take this breath and let your energy flow so that your energy may become a part of our conversation? So that your energy may become a part of this magnificent Yes that is living within you. So that your energy can speak, sing, breathe together with all the other human beings who give this deep inner Yes. So that we may allow a song to arise where each one of you is a note, a tone, a rhythm, in this shared melody.

There is no conductor who dictates the direction of our music and there is no limit to how far you may go with your own tone.

You choose for yourself. You choose for yourself how far your tone may expand and evolve. You choose for yourself how much love you let flow, how much of your creativity, your deep inner potential may arrive here on this earth. A shared melody arises because there are so many human beings who say Yes. So many human beings from all around the world who say Yes, a deep inner Yes; some of them consciously, others quite unconsciously.

And this Yes allows the New era to begin. This Yes that is living deep within you allows the New to enter onto this earth. This Yes invites you to grow, invites you to become yourself completely. Can you allow yourself to hear your Yes and the Yes of the ones walking together with you, who want to explore together with you, discover and experience with you what this New Energy really is that you are calling into life right now? Can you allow yourself to feel your Yes; your Yes that radiates from a deeper place within you than ever before?

This Yes to the next step, this Yes to the unknown. For nobody can know in advance what the New Energy feels like. Nobody can experience it in advance, can know it in advance. You can only say Yes.

This Yes arises from a deep trust in yourself and in life itself. Many human beings - actually most of them, don’t trust themselves and don’t trust their own life. Deep down they suspect that they are essentially bad.

Otherwise why do they work relentlessly to become better? Why do they constantly control their thoughts, their words, their actions? Why do they judge themselves day and night? Why do they monitor themselves so carefully?

Deep down they believe that they are essentially bad, that they have a bad soul, a guilty soul, a dark and cruel soul.

Whatever horror story they may have come to believe about themselves has led them to no longer trust their own soul, their own essence. It has separated them from themselves. It has separated them from their curiosity about life, from their joy of discovering, from their willingness to let themselves blossom.

For human beings who mistrust themselves, who reject themselves and possibly even hate themselves are not able to let themselves blossom. They’re anxiously keep their energy down, make themselves as small as possible, as inconspicuous as possible and create as little as possible in this world for fear that it might be something bad.

You will never see these human beings say anything spontaneously. They will always stop to consider first if it’s okay. They will always stop to consider first if they have the right to express themselves, if they have the right to be creative, if they have the right to have a relationship.

Human beings who mistrust themselves always expect misery in their lives. They believe that they deserve disease, that their pain and suffering is meant to teach them a lesson. These human beings always expect their life to be empty. Their unemployment, their absence of dreams, their poverty all appear quite fitting and natural to them.

They habitually accept so much hardship for themselves that they aren’t even willing to accept anything fulfilling. They have closed the door. They say No to themselves, to this blossoming; No to this wonderful angel that they truly are.

So many religions arose from this No. For human beings who don’t trust themselves are an easy mark for others who want to manipulate them, who want to tell them even scarier stories about themselves.

How often did you seek advice from a healer, consult a teacher or a religion so that you could be told what you are doing wrong - what is bad, sinful, unloving, unspiritual about you? How often did you resign yourself to feeling depressed, feeling hopeless and believed that it was fitting for you, that you didn’t deserve anything better? How often did you accept pain in your life and believed that it was appropriate for you?

Can you allow yourself to feel how this No, this rejection of the soul has such a huge impact on the life of a human being? And how this Yes that is now being born within you, this Yes invites you to accept yourself again, to feel your true essence again.

Most human beings are incredibly afraid of feeling their own soul because they are actually convinced that their soul is bad.

When you begin to accept your Yes again, to breathe this Yes, to feel this Yes, you begin to experience your true inner essence again; you begin to experience the innocence, the beauty, the love that you truly are.

Do you know how your energy sounds - what tone, what vibration, what color your energy emanates? I, Sophia, perceive you as a wonderful sound, as a wonderful precious melody. I can hear your essence, see your essence, feel your essence. I know that there is nothing bad within you, nothing that isn’t worthy of your love. Everything within you is worthy of this love. Even the places within you that have been neglected for so long deserve your love.

And it is time for you to remember your roots, to remember where you originally came from. Not to return there but to remember who you really are. And to no longer believe an old lie that wants to keep you thinking that you are bad, that wants to keep you small.

Can you begin to accept yourself again in your deepest depth and understand that this love that you really are creates what we call life in each moment?

You see, only if you know the spring will you be able to understand the river. Only if you know that you are the source of your life, only if you allow yourself to know the tone, the color, the vibration, the substance of you the source - only then will you be able to really understand where your life actually comes from.

For it is the flowing of your essence that creates life, that creates life moment by moment. Life doesn’t come from the outside. Life doesn’t happen by chance. The foundation of your life isn’t built upon cruelty, harshness, suffering. The nature of your life is based upon your own energy.

As you begin to accept yourself again you will notice that you also begin to accept your own life again. Not your life as a concept or an idea, not your life history or life story but this flowing something that sparks life, that creates life in each moment.

As the essence of a flower enables it to blossom in each moment, the essence within you wants to make your life blossom in each moment. Can you perceive that your life wants to blossom? Can you stop seeing your life as something alien that is determined by chance from the outside and has nothing to do with you? Can you stop believing that you are a punching bag or just being tossed around on the waves of life and start feeling how your life is being created from within?

You are the spring and your life is the river that wants to flow with this infinite love, this infinite warmth. It longs to feel you, to know you again in each moment.

And although we are all here on this same earth each person has their own life, their own world, their own reality that they create breath by breath. And you are invited to grasp this mystery of your life, to experience it, to breathe and to be it. To no longer see yourself as separate from your life but rather feel how you can become one.

And when you begin to trust yourself and to trust your life you are able to observe how this Yes within you can expand and grow more than ever before. For this Yes requires your trust. This Yes requires your willingness to live.

Let us take a breath together. Let yourself feel how another wave of your life wants to arise – another wave of your own experience, your own reality wants to be born.

You see: for a long time human beings on this earth have believed that there is only one single truth, one single reality. They have actually believed that their life was predestined by an external power, controlled by a god. By a god who isn’t always so loving or understanding, by a god who directs the fate of human beings from the distance and nobody understands why he does what he does.

For a long time human beings have agreed not to live their own lives but just live a life. And they have tried many experiments and tasted many different flavors of life, many aspects of life one after another.

And now we are in an era when human beings on this earth may begin to let their own life arise for the very first time, let their own life grow. Indeed, we are all together on this same planet; however each one is living in his own life, his own world, his own reality.

And it might be that a human being that lives directly beside you, even within the same house or on the same street, is creating a life that couldn’t be crueler or harsher and they choose to suffer, to accept very little or go entirely without each day. And you, within the same house or on the same street begin to say Yes, begin to say Yes a bit more, begin to accept a bit more, let flow a bit more each day.

You live in the same world, however, in different lives. Your neighbor creates his life. And you create your life within each breath, within each moment.

And the more you let your life blossom the more your attitude towards other human beings will change. You see: when human beings believe that god is guiding their fate then news reports are of major importance. For if god says there will be a thunderstorm, a drought or a financial crisis then this thunderstorm, this drought, this financial crisis will affect each human being in the same way - as long as they aren’t living their our own life but a life.

But as soon as you begin to let your own life blossom, breath by breath, you are no longer affected by these news reports to the same extent as they aren’t automatically applicable to you. If the majority of human beings decide to experience a thunderstorm you no longer have to experience a thunderstorm too. You may agree to it. You may choose to believe it. You may create this thunderstorm in your life as well.

Or you may let yourself feel that your soul, this essence deep within you didn’t plan a thunderstorm, didn’t plan an earthquake, a hurricane, a drought at all for today.

You can decide for yourself and if you like just carry on living your life. Then notice how still, how calm and loving your life is flowing and expanding in all directions.

And observe also how much horrible news and gloomy predictions come from people who don’t say Yes to themselves, who don’t say Yes to their own future, who tense up and experience the New as a threat.

And although we always tell you that all human beings are loving at their core, that all human beings are equally special and loved, we invite you to practice your discernment now and let go of those human beings who say No to themselves, No to their lives, No to their future, No to all the New that wants to arrive - those who are fearful and run around in circles, become aggressive, begin to fight, begin to manipulate others. Can you allow those human beings to leave your life for awhile? Not because they are bad but because their No, their fear, their games don’t provide you with the support that you need.

We invite you, all of you, to let human beings enter your life who say Yes to themselves, who are ready to accept the New, who are ready for new ideas, who are open for new solutions, for new attitudes, for new insights.

Not those who want to keep the status quo or return to the past, back to the “good old days”. They are not suitable companions for you at the moment. Your friends are those who are willing to go ahead and say Yes. We invite you, especially those of you who are so open, who say a big Yes and are so ready to embrace the New to get to know one another. Support one another and inspire one another.

Your Yes and the Yes of the person that is sitting right next to you now is the foundation for a wonderful new friendship, a new relationship that will assist you in taking a further step in your life.

It is so important to respect yourself, to appreciate yourself, to feel the affect your presence has here on earth - how much stillness and peace your being brings onto this earth, how many energy shifts can happen gently and lovingly just because you are here, just because you are ready to accept the New voluntarily and don’t resist until your life leaves you with no other option.

Most human beings don’t walk with open eyes, with open arms into the New but stand paralyzed or even worse - turn back and grip tightly onto their past.

You will be able to see this trend in business. Those who have held the power until now, who assumed the upper hand and defined and directed life for everyone - this old masculine energy that took control and created a uniform reality - you will observe that this kind of company, this kind of thinking, this kind of economy won’t work much longer. The old banks, the old money, the old forms of wealth are fading away.

And those who are willing to go ahead and say Yes, who are willing to bring the new light, the new energies into the world will be successful and change the economy – the entire shape of the economy. They will dissolve the old set of rules between the boss and the employees. They will bring in new forms of cooperation, new forms of freedom and creativity.

And you won’t necessarily recognize these new businesses because they introduce innovative products into the world – you will recognize them by the way in which they bring in the New. They won’t be those who complain, who are pessimistic and anxious about the future. They won’t be those who are removed from the stream of life sitting high up in their executive offices – but those who haven’t the time to moan because they are too busy – too busy with living, breathing, and letting the New flourish.

Occasionally it will be very small companies that bring the New into the world like tiny little germ cells. Those who have gone through a phase of profound inner transformation. Those who then embody the New Energy letting money, creativity, and services flow.

You will recognize them as “it” flows.

And you, as a New Energy human are invited no longer hide, no longer withdraw from the world and wait for an ideal spiritual life. Instead you are invited to feel that there are many human beings who have already started to bring their life into this world, started to bring their creativity, their potential onto this earth; within business, within politics - there are many human beings who bring in the New in all kinds of ways. There is nothing that is not spiritual, nowhere that you can’t bring in the New. The whole world is calling for this New Energy that you have begun to live right now.

And for the next half of the year that we walk together we will continue to urge you to return to community life, to work life and to play a part there. Whether you return to your old job, go into business for yourself, or choose to start something completely New.

It’s time to establish a space where you can be creative, where you can express yourself, where you can let your life blossom.

It’s time to come out of your cave as Mary Magdalene has invited you over and over again. Mary Magdalene, who is a standard for those who want to leave their hiding place, who want to give up their refuge in order to be truly present here on this earth.

This requires that you give up your spiritual reluctance as some of you would rather sit at the edge and dream of a life that doesn’t exist. You dream of a time when the conditions will be just right. You dream of the perfect moment when the stars are aligned in a certain position and everything is in order before you want to take the next step.

But the truth is – if you are ready to live you will have to get your hands dirty, you will have to begin even though things aren’t quite perfect, you will have to come to accept a dynamic life that will challenge you and invite you to grow more each day.

Some of you thought that you must wait to write your book or open your own practice until you are perfect. And those who want to continue waiting are welcome to do so. But you will soon find that this waiting will bore you and prevent you from truly living your life so it really isn’t worth waiting any longer. The sacrifice is too big; it will be the sacrifice of all that you have been working for.

Even if you haven’t been out in the working world you have still been working - you have been working day and night. Working at letting your energy flow again. Working at letting these old, wounded energies flow again. Working to arrive within your body, to come closer to your soul.

And this work that you have done is a tremendous achievement - and that is why it would be a pity if you wouldn’t allow yourself the opportunity to harvest the fruits of your labor. It would be a pity if you wouldn’t allow yourself to discover how far you have advanced already and how easily you can get along in this world, how easily you can begin to do something New.

You are an amazing swimmer who stays in the shallow pool not yet daring to plunge into the sea of life because you believe that you have to train a bit more.

But the learning never ends when you begin to live your life - far from it! Only when you begin to live are you truly able to learn about life. Only when you begin to do new things are you able to learn these things. Only when you begin are you able to discover all that you would like to know. And you can only begin Now. As much as a part of you still wants to wait, still wants to hold back – it’s time. It’s time.

Like a butterfly that has slept in its cocoon for a long, long time and is now healed and transformed – it’s time to leave its cocoon. And a part of him perhaps will say “I want to stay a bit longer in my little cocoon.” But the biggest part of him will be longing to experience more of himself and finally spread his wings and fly.

For the next half of the year in our shared gatherings and in our workshops we will create a space of preparation, a space of support for those who want to return to life, who are ready to harvest the fruit of their personal growth, who are ready to give their energy expression, who are ready to participate in this world.

No matter how small it may appear to you, how unimportant it may appear to you when you bring your life into this world – can you perceive how much you really contribute and how much abundance and money will arrive for you simply because you add so much?

It is always easier to sit on the sidelines of life - to not participate but criticize it and hope it will all change sometime. But who shall change it? Who shall bring all the many small puzzle pieces of change onto this earth if you don’t add your part? Each one brings their individual piece of the puzzle - their voice, their energy, their breath, their life.

I, Sophia, invite you to return to this life and really participate, don’t wait any longer, don’t hope any longer - but actually begin.

Exactly 14 days ago one more wall within the consciousness on earth collapsed. A wall within consciousness that held many, many human beings in a kind of slavery for so long, that wouldn’t allow them to be sovereign, that wouldn’t allow them to be creative and bring in their own life; an energy of oppression, of old power, of old institutions.

And each one of you, the love of each one of you let the consciousness spill over that wall and bring it down. This immense shift in consciousness took place so calmly and quietly in most of the areas on earth just because you are here; just because there is so much stillness within you, there is already so much depth within you, so much trust in yourself that there was no need for thunderstorms, no need for catastrophes.

The New that comes in is not a catastrophe. Just as the sunrise is not a catastrophe and doesn’t bring destruction but just change. I invite you to feel how these old chains that have held human beings in bondage for so long are finally breaking.

And I, Sophia, enter here to remind you that you may now bring much more of your own energy onto this earth than ever before. There is much more space for you. And many, many human beings all over the world are beginning to feel this new freedom. They are beginning to perceive: yes, I can begin now, it’s alright, it’s safe and I can begin what I’ve been wanting for so long.

Sometimes it is necessary to let old walls tumble in order to let the New arrive and allow human beings to begin to live their own lives no longer influenced by old systems that pretend that there is only one possible life.

You will bring so much color, so much New, so much radiance into this world simply because your life pours onto this earth breath by breath.

I, Sophia, am not afraid of your uniqueness, I am not afraid of your greatness, your brilliance, your unique talents. I am here to invite you: Come on. Come back to this life; back to this stage. Bring your tone, your vibration, your part in the play back to this stage.

No one can tell you what your life must look like. No one can tell you how your future must be. It is for you to let it begin, let it expand and let yourself enjoy it breath by breath.

And so I, Sophia, walk a further step with you, so very proud of each one of you. I am here to hold your hand. I am here to laugh with you, to celebrate with you, to welcome the New – and not to fear it.
