So I speak to you. So I speak to you today; in this moment – while the earth is awakening, while consciousness is awakening. And so I invite you to pause for a moment, to sink deeply within for a moment and be with yourself. I am this love that is speaking to you. I am the wind in the branches. I am the depth of the earth. I am Sophia. I am what you cannot see, what you cannot touch. I am not a human being as you are. But a human being such as you can give me a voice, can give me words and let me enter here onto this earth so that you can see me, so that you can touch me, so that we can talk together. Where the invisible becomes visible, where the consciousness within you becomes human, where the great unfolds in the small we meet. And your mind cannot grasp what we experience together but you can allow yourself to trust your feeling, to let your breath flow and perceive; perceive what really happens. It is a special time on this earth, a time of awakening; a time that was predicted and understood in many prophecies. A time where something comes to an end and something new begins. The long period of sleep comes to an end and the time of awakening, of consciousness begins. You are invited to perceive that the whole earth and each human along with her are preparing to move into a new era, into a new awakening. You are invited to feel that this awakening doesn’t happen in one moment to the next but is gradually emerging. This awakening that you have been experiencing within you has been happening over a length of time and is still unfolding. And so it is happening in the same way to this earth that you live on. Over and over again new waves of awakening flood the planet. Over and over again a new surge arrives that changes and restructures the energy here on this earth. And there are different ways for people to deal with this shift that is happening. You have the option to see this shift as something threatening and resist it. Or you have the option to perceive this shift as something natural and loving and accept it. Just like you can wake up when the alarm clock rings and trust that your life loves and supports you OR you can turn over when it sounds and delay waking up a little bit longer. Most people delay awakening because they believe it’s hard and cruel and they would prefer to stay with what they already know. Staying asleep is very familiar. Staying unconsciousness, avoiding being with yourself is very familiar. And the New, becoming a conscious human, being with yourself is still so very new. If you look at nature you will see that the animals surrender to this shift. The animals walk gracefully through this great transformation. Whole animal species change their rhythm, their cycle, disappear and then come back in a new way; passing through this change in absolute trust. They don’t resist this shift. They don’t worry about why this shift is happening. They don’t turn away from this shift but let themselves sink deeply and full of trust into it. They have complete trust in life and in themselves, in the love that underlies all things. And they trust that everything that’s happening is alright, that everything that’s happening has meaning, that everything that’s happening is only another step on the path of their life. The animals don’t have to choose whether to trust or not because they simply are this unshakable trust. You as humans have the choice. You can decide consciously to trust this shift that is happening within your life or turn away. You are not required to be in trust. You have free will to trust your life or not. And your soul loves you no matter if you decide to trust her or not. The only difference that it makes is how your decision will affect you. For only you can feel the consequences of your trust or your mistrust. And trust isn’t something that falls into your lap, that you own automatically – trust is a conscious choice. In each moment you can trust everything that’s happening within your life. Equally, in each moment you can mistrust everything that’s happening within your life. You don’t have to trust but you can make the choice to trust in each moment. Jeshua made the choice to walk his path full of trust. He didn’t have to trust. He could have just as well doubted his path and resisted what was. He could have listened to his mind that told him: I didn’t pick this. I don’t want to experience this. This is not alright with me. But Jeshua made the choice in each moment anew to trust his soul and his path. He decided to trust even though he couldn’t grasp with his mind why this shift was happening. His mind couldn’t tell him that he was going to live again after this experience. His mind couldn’t tell him that this experience wasn’t forced on him, wasn’t a punishment, wasn’t a mistake, but the deepest transformation possible for all of humanity. His mind didn’t know that he would pass through this deep valley and appear again on the other side in a new way. But Jeshua decided to trust, to trust this deeper wisdom within. He decided to trust his soul. He decided to trust in god. He decided to trust in the love that underlies life. And this love told him that everything would be alright. And this love sustained him when nothing else could. His soul carried him when he could no longer carry himself. And this trust wasn’t just handed to him. He made the choice to trust by his own free will the same as each human has the choice of whether to trust in their life or not. Humans are not forced to trust. And humans are not essentially trusting. Humans purposely have to freely choose their own level of trust. And even if you don’t face the deepest transformation possible for all of humanity there are still some challenges. There are moments where you doubt and where you are afraid. And there are moments where you have to make the decision to trust your soul, to trust yourself or not. And today you are invited to feel where you are in your life and the challenges that you have now – and you can decide whether to trust your soul, to trust yourself or not. To trust against all odds, against everything that your mind is telling you. To trust in what’s deep within you. To trust in your soul that holds you and whispers: everything is alright. Everything is alright just the way it is. To trust in your soul that carries you when you can no longer carry yourself. The more you engage in the process of your own awakening, the more important it will be to trust. The more changes happen in your life, the more big changes happen here on earth, the more important trust will be. Periodically an energy flows over this planet like a wake-up call; the cosmic alarm clock rings and invites all humans to awaken. And in these times when a wake-up call flows over this planet it is hugely important to trust deep within you. For many humans sleep so deeply that they get frightened when the alarm clock rings. They have a feeling of being unprepared for what’s coming and react with resistance and fear of the New that wants to happen. Can you allow yourself to trust when a wake-up call sounds in your life? Can you allow yourself to hold so still and be with yourself while this awakening is happening here on earth? Can you listen to this voice deep within you that tells you there is no reason to worry, that whispers everything is alright? And every once in a while can you take a look at nature and perceive the trust that you meet in each plant and each animal? Each plant surrenders to the changing seasons, trusting that spring will arrive every year. Full of trust that everything is alright just as it is. Can you bring a little of this trust into your life for yourself? Can you also trust that within your life a new spring will arrive over and over again? Can you trust - even if your mind sometimes tells you different – that everything is alright? And can you accept that you don’t understand everything that’s happening? Just as Jeshua didn’t understand everything that happened to him. The only thing that he did know for sure was to trust. To trust in himself, and to allow all the New that wanted to happen within his life. Each awakening is different. Not everyone who awakens has to experience the kind of death that Jeshua did. But everyone who awakens does have to go through a time of transformation; a time where much falls away, where much changes. And maybe that’s a bit like dying. It’s a profound change that can only take place when you trust. A butterfly can only become a butterfly when the caterpillar trusts completely and surrenders to the transformation even without understanding what it will become, what the transformation may bring. For a caterpillar doesn’t know anything about becoming a butterfly. Maybe it can dream of becoming a butterfly or perceive it in the darkness of its cocoon. But only when the caterpillar has gone through the transformation can it understand the experience of becoming a butterfly more fully. Each change, each new beginning requires the surrender to life itself. Trust is the water that allows you to blossom. The less you trust yourself, the more dry and difficult the change will be. And trust isn’t something that will be given to you automatically. Trust is something that you may choose for yourself in each moment anew. *** It is an extraordinary time here on this planet and we invite you to just be with yourself for a moment and feel the changes in the depth of the earth and the upheaval on the different continents. Feel the change in the consciousness of humans; in the consciousness of whole countries and its people and its beliefs. Such a huge change that becomes very loud sometimes. If you listen carefully you can hear the change that is going to happen on this earth. And you are invited to be so still with this shift. And instead of fighting the change, instead of trying to avoid it, to resist it, to shut down in order to protect yourself, try just for a moment how it feels to trust this change. To trust that deep within life there is a love that holds the earth, that holds every human being and this awakening process. As a flower blossoms and the bud bursts open, imagine the turmoil this causes for each petal. The petal is abruptly awakened and the sky appears. It opens, unfolds, everything changes. What chaos! What a profound transformation for the petal! And it’s just a flower that is just blossoming. But does each petal realise that it’s really just blossoming? Or does it seem like a big catastrophe, like the end of the world? This spring allows you the opportunity to watch the flowers blossom and to watch yourself and humanity blossom too. Do you believe that the changes on this earth are a big catastrophe? Or do you believe that the earth is going to blossom and you are a petal on this flower that is going to open up? The more you trust the change, the more you let yourself be held by the love deep within you, the softer and more flowing you will experience the times to come. Sometimes you will feel the fear of other humans. You will perceive their desperation and the aloneness that they feel during this time. These are the moments where you are invited to completely be with yourself; to completely sink into your trust. Because the more petals that open up in trust and surrender to the change the easier it will be for the other petals that still doubt and struggle against it. You are invited to trust. You are invited to be the petal that trusts and surrenders to the change even though you can’t always understand everything that’s happening. It is a special time for you, a special time for the earth. And I invite you to choose over and over again in the times to come to trust your life more than ever before. This is our invitation for you. This is our love, our support that we share with you. Whenever you decide to trust - the pressure of the change will instantly lessen, solutions will appear, and you will feel a flowing again and receive the abundance that wants to pour into your life. You are invited to trust and to thus inspire other people to trust as well. And to remain calm, no matter what the change looks like in each moment, to listen to this voice deep within you that whispers everything is alright. Everything is alright.
