And so we begin... ...and so we begin together this new chapter, this new era, this New Energy. This New Energy that is waking up on this planet of yours, that is waking up in your life. In your everyday life, in your feelings, in your creative power, in everything that you are. We begin today. We begin today, together with those of you who are here in this space, physically, and also with those of you who are not physically present. For you are here as well, in this space where we meet each other. Where we spend some time together, where we touch each other. In this space where energy is not moving in the old way any longer - the New Energy is expanding, unfolding, it is born again and again. The New Energy is something that flows without flowing, grows without growing. And you are about -we are about- to experience what this New Energy really is. What it is made of. We begin to feel this New Energy. We begin to perceive how the Old Energy is not as noticeable as it used to be. The Old is ending. The Old is leaving, it is flowing away, and something new is about to begin. An era of gratefulness. Gratefulness towards yourself. Towards your courage, your own beauty, your own growth. It is an era of simply being grateful. Grateful for being here today. Grateful! Grateful for all the experiences you have had on your way. Grateful for the New that is about to begin, the New that is actually already emerging. For the softness you feel in this new beginning. For the intuitions you are having. The first experiences you are having with this New Energy. It is the growth of your own soul that leads you to the new Energy. You don't need to hurry up. You don't need to pass a test or do anything to get there. You don't even need to clear a hurdle. The growth of your soul bings you into the New Energy. The soul's growth will lead every human into the New Energy. And every soul develops in its own time, in its very own way. For those of you who are present in this space here – whether visibly or invisibly – for you the New Energy begins right now. For you, this is the moment in which the New Energy comes in- into your life. In this moment. In this now. It's like arriving somewhere and at the same time it's like saying goodbye. There is the journey that is ending and there is the new journey that begins. It is a time of change, of transformation. A time in which everything that you are, all parts of you want to meet and become ONE, so that all together you can expand and unfold. We often talked about the blossom of the soul. “Blossom” is the best definition you can find for describing the soul's growth in the New Energy. You see: within duality you moved from A to B. You tried to make one specific area of your life better. But you were never able to perceive everything at the same time, make everything better at the same time or let everything change. Perhaps you concentrated on your work and tried to experience more clarity, love or fulfillment in your work. But you realized that taking care of your relationships or your everyday life was not really possible at the same time. You were concentrated on your work. At another stage in your life your family was in the center of your attention and you had to stop working or stop spending so much time with yourself in order to focus on your family. Within duality it was always an “either-or”. I either choose to spend time on my own, or I choose to spend time with my family. Alone or with the family. Success in my work or having a family. Day after day you were faced with the question: what is important right now? What is the main aim and which things come second and are not that important for the moment. Many of you here had placed your spiritual development at the top of your priority list and you let your professional development, your joy and the fulfillment in your life come second. The more you allow yourself to arrive in the New Energy, the more your soul's growth drives you into the New Energy, the more you will notice that you don't need to decide between things that are important to you anymore. A flower that blossoms opens all its petals more or less at the same time. No petal is less important. No petal needs to wait, none is being ignored. Every petal can blossom in its own time. Allow yourself to feel what this means for your life. Many of you have already noticed that a new unusual stillness entered your life, and that things that used to be very intense aren't that intense anymore. Perhaps you connect this to the fact that some things just don't seem to work anymore. You notice that a specific medicine is not working anymore. You notice that an old control mechanism isn't working anymore. You might even notice that an unbalanced relationship isn't working anymore. You notice that duality is ending and that things begin to move in a new way, on a new level. Some of you have noticed that this new stillness is so full of life, so full of movement, like never before. And yet you get the feeling that at exactly this point you are standing still. When you try to bring some movement into your life in the old way, by making effort or having a goal, or by motivating yourselves, you realize: it's not working the way it used to. Perhaps you think that you got lazy or comfortable in your life. Yet I, Sophia, would like to invite you to really feel – to really feel what this new stillness means. This new stillness is the starting point for your growth in the New Energy. This stillness is what we call arrival, is what we call coming home. Coming home means arriving in this stillness, in your center. I invite you to feel: where is it that you keep struggling against this stillness? Where is it so new to you and probably frightening that this stillness is all of a sudden in your life? Perhaps there's even a big emptiness, an immobility, a silence. And if you’d like to, let yourself be with this stillness. Let yourself feel this stillness. Breathe with it, breathe with this stillness that is just like a seed, as you are like a seed. You are part of this stillness. Part of this arrival. You are the first to arrive home. The first to come home. Allow yourself to feel: What an honor, what a dignity it is to be the very first to come home. You are the very first to arrive to that center point, the very first to reach that center, to settle down there, to give up that duality game and now notice: something new begins! The center of a flower radiates so much power, so much dignity and clarity. And to be the center of the flower is its only purpose, and it's the purpose of no one else. The center of the flower does not rule over the petals, over the different parts of it’s soul. On the contrary, it’s love declares: I am in the center. I am the sun in my universe. I am the center of all my soul aspects. I am the calming, clear grown-up place within myself. I am this new beginning. I am the center of my life. Allow yourself to perceive: This is a step towards the New Energy. It's an experience that not only you will have, rather, many many people after you will have this experience. The experience of putting yourself in the center of your life and allowing yourself to be this power. To be this loving power. And all of your aspects, all the petals of that flower, will gradually blossom while you blossom. This is how New Energy works. This is how it works. The seed of New Energy lies in the stillness, in simply being. And you searched for that simple being so many times. Simply to be the way I am. If only people would accept me as I am, if only I could just be the way I am. I would like to find a place where I can be as I am. A job where I can just be as I am. So many times you longed for this cradle, for this source! For this simple, clear being. And duality kept bringing you back to effort, back into doing. Back onto the road. We like to compare it with an adventurer, a pioneer, who simply keeps gaining experience and keeps living his or her adventures. This is how your road went. Adventure after adventure. Again and again a new journey, a new movement. You are invited to feel: Inside you, the journey ends. This goal, this being you kept looking for, it is within you. Within you, in your center glows this stillness. There glows this peace and this coziness, providing the foundation, the ground for whatever is now yearning to emerge and to grow. And it's up to you to get in touch with this center, this new center inside you. To get in touch with this new being. With this new foundation. It's up to you to observe how the old way to create and change things is not working anymore, it's not bringing you the results you hope for, the results you wish for. Within duality you would begin every new creation by setting a goal for yourself. If you wanted to build a house, you would first consider how the house should look, how it should be. Then you would make a list of the things you already have and a list of the things you still need. And you would think of ways to get, gain, buy, grind out all of the things that you still need in order to build your house. Allow yourself to perceive: this is how duality works. In duality this is the way things are built, aimed at, worked for. And what is now the way to create in the New Energy? How does creation work in the New Energy? And I, Sophia, would like to invite you to feel: The new creation begins in this stillness inside you. It begins in your center. Not somewhere out there in the future or in a dream. It begins inside you. Your house begins inside you. The new relationship begins inside you. Abundance begins inside you. All the things you are looking for – they all begin inside! It is helpful to look inside. To feel inside and to perceive: inside you these things already exist. Your house exists just like a flower bud exists. Your relationship exists inside you like a seed. Everything is already there. Everything is there. And you can now feel and perceive all those things. You don't need to work for them. You don't need to go a long way to reach them. You don't need to look elsewhere and ask: Where is it supposed to come from? Where can I find it? Let yourself feel deep inside you, let yourself feel into it: it's already there. Waiting for you to allow it to grow. This seed inside you that wants to be a big house one day, where you can live and work, is already there. The abundance you yearn to feel and experience in your life, it's already there. It's inside you, as a small seed, waiting for you to let it grow. And how can you let it grow? How does this letting-it-grow work? Just settle back and feel! Feel! When you are not pushing things, when you are not trying to force things, when you are not making effort, the seeds inside you begin to blossom. The seeds of the New begin to grow and to blossom. When you are NOT making effort. When you settle back. When you feel safe and in comfort. When you allow yourself to become soft, to breathe softly. When your shoulders can let go of the weight they've been carrying: Then the New begins to grow! It's exactly the opposite, it's exactly the other way around, compared to duality. In duality there is no gain without pain. In the New Energy: There is nothing you can gain by effort! Without effort: results! Without hardness. Without force. Without effort. Without the rigid rules your mind wants to dictate, you can reach the best result. Flowers grow when they feel good, when they have good soil to grow in, when water and sun are there to nourish them. Then they grow all by themselves. It’s the same with you and your soul and with everything you would like to build and create. Within New Energy the things you don't force and the things you don't put pressure on will grow. Stop striving for abundance for a moment and become aware of how much your thoughts circle around this subject day after day, how tense you are inside trying to achieve abundance. When you become aware of how much pressure you put on yourself and on your surroundings in order to obtain abundance and when you then allow yourself to come to rest, to settle back and do the most unthinkable, something that is against everything you ever learned: When you let yourself settle back and feel good: Then the flowers will grow! Then the flow begins to flow. A clenched hand cannot embrace. Energy cannot flow through a cramped muscle. And creative power cannot flow through a cramped soul. The first step to your creation, to materializing the things you've been longing for, is settling back. Is giving in. Becoming soft. All those things that I, Sophia, keep inviting you to do. All those things that, at first glance, contradict everything you know, everything you learned. We begin to experience how life and creation can look in the New Energy. We begin to experience how creations can blossom and grow. How YOU can blossom and grow. So far you've been trying to solve your inner problems by making effort, by reaching a goal. You've been trying to solve problems and get them out of the way by making a lot of effort. And you are invited to feel: Let go of all of the effort. Settle back. Let your breath become soft, let your body become soft and observe how the parts of you that want to come home to you will then come home. How things will be solved because they want to be solved. How things will ripen inside you because they would like to ripen. You are invited to feel this, to perceive it. There is so much love in this becoming soft and just being. And many of you are still so afraid of that, because what you think is: If I become soft everything will fall apart, the roof will fall apart, my relationship will fall apart. The money that I have saved will completely disappear. My wealth, my fulfillment, my job, will all be gone. And in the end I will be on the street and will have nothing at all. That is why you keep holding on. You hold on to what you have and you don't realize that it just wants to grow. You don't realize that your abundance didn't want to disappear, it just wanted to grow. That your job didn't want to disappear, it just wanted to expand. Your relationship didn't want to end, it wanted to evolve to a new level. Allow yourself to have more trust in your life, more trust in things that are part of your life. Allow yourself to feel how much your creations love you. And how they desire to grow for you, in every given moment. To expand and to evolve for you. You are invited to perceive this. You are invited to perceive that there is so much more love in the world than what you were aware of. You are invited to accept more. To take more and to enjoy more than ever before. You are the gardener in your garden, the one to let the flowers blossom, the one to reap the fruits and the one to enjoy them. And this is your only task in the New Energy. Being the gardener in your own life. Letting things grow. Sitting under a tree and observing how your creations blossom. Enjoying them bearing fruit. Enjoying harvesting your fields. Enjoying how the harvest is coming to you. Without you doing anything! It's not about forcing to reach goals anymore, rather, it's about settling back and letting your goals grow. Gently. Gently letting whatever wants to grow for you grow. There is so much more life in your life than you are aware of at the moment. Everything that is now there is only the beginning of what wants to grow in your life. The fulfillment you feel in your life now is only the beginning of what wants to emerge. Every single thing aspires to expand. Everything wants to grow. Everything longs to give you so much more love than ever before. Can you settle back and just accept that? Can you observe it? Can you spend your time being the gardener in your own garden? It is with this energy and with this question that I come in today to each and every one of you. Let the hours we spent together, the time we shared, just be the way it is, let it be. Let yourself be the way you are. Let me be the way I am. Settle back and let things grow. And so we begin...
Part 2: Questions and Answers with Sophia
And so we begin... ...with the second part of our gathering, of our meeting here. And I, Sophia, would like to invite you to take a look inside you for a moment, with all your attention, and for a moment to become aware of an ideal image you carry with you. It is the ideal of a human who is living within duality. And within duality this ideal person is a very strong person. A person that has endurance and is able to stand up for it’s rights. A person that fights for it’s rights. A person that can take a lot, a person that doesn't give up easily. A person that works, a person that makes effort. Within duality, people reach their goals by working hard. The job can be an enjoyable one, or it can be a job that is no pleasure at all to do. But it's the working that helps one reach his or her goals. Committed to working, people within duality are always after something, searching for something. For the right partner, a nice place to live, a fulfilling job. Always searching for something, always on the run. Focused always outwards, somewhere afar, they keep searching for the things they would like to find. Allow yourself to feel, that you carry this kind of ideal image in you as well. And sometimes, when no one is watching, you compare yourself with this ideal and you evaluate yourself as a good or a bad person, depending on how much you worked on that day. You judge yourself by estimating your endurance, by estimating how long you were able to keep up with someone in a discussion, how many people you managed to convince that what you think is right. You measure yourself with an old ideal, the ideal of a person within duality. And the more you arrive in the New Energy, the more you will be disappointed whenever you compare yourself to that old ideal. And the more you will think that you are being lazy or unworthy or just not able to cope. This is what you will believe in the end, if you keep comparing yourself to that ideal. Perhaps today is a good day, perhaps now is a good moment to turn to the new image that is emerging inside you. It is not bad to have images. However, sometimes you should take a good look at what kind of images you carry with you. Check whether they still serve you or whether they are holding you back. For a moment, let us perceive together the image of a person within the New Energy! Let us perceive: What are the characteristics of a person in New Energy? It is the measure of the person's openness, the measure of his or her trust, peace and tranquility. It's the person's ability to accept things and to enjoy. To keep opening himself or herself to new things. It's the doing little, the struggling little, it's the little effort that makes up this person. And take this image with you if you like, take it with you into your everyday life. As a little reminder, just like you use a little postcard with a wonderful landscape on it to remind you to take it easy. To remind you that there are new requirements for you out there now, that the old measure isn't valid anymore. Take the image of a person within the New Energy: soft, loving, open, enjoying. Take this picture with you into your everyday life and remember that this is the road you are on. This is the journey you are on. And whenever you forget, just remind yourself of it! And with these words we open now for the questions to be answered. Question 1: Dear Sophia! Two years ago I chose to separate from my beloved husband. Since our separation I feel the joy of my soul, and yet I feel a deep love for him. For this reason, our separation hurts very badly. Why is that? My heart wants to stay with him and so I get angry at myself and my soul too. Sophia: A beautiful question. You brought yourself into a strange situation where everything stands still. However there is something moving, something that wants to change and transform itself. You want the break up and you want to be with your husband at the same time, and you think that the solution would be an external change. Like the person within duality that keeps searching the horizon, asking: Where is my salvation? Where is my purpose? Is it out there somewhere? Is it that mountain over there, that looks like a divorce, or is it over there, that other mountain that looks like we're staying together? And a part of you is trying to go left while another part of you is trying go right. So what happens? You stand still. And this standing still is such a wonderful present, a wonderful experience that leads you directly into the New Energy. Where does New Energy begin? It begins where you are. It begins by you being here, simply being here. It begins when you allow yourself to sink into your belly and breathe, allowing the New – that is already there – to grow. New Energy is not somewhere out there. It is not a precisely defined plan. Rather, it is a like a grain, like a seed inside you that sings of love, of freedom. And it is allowed to grow. You don't have to decide between the two things you long for, between the two directions that are important to you. You can have it all. Settle back and let it grow. Thank you for this question. Question 2: Dear Sophia! For some time now my daughter keeps creating conflict. What does it mean? Is it that the new children already dare to live the New Energy? What can I do to get along with her- for her sake and mine? Thank you. Sophia: Every child is just like a seed. A seed wishing nothing more than to grow and develop, to let all the beauty it brings along to manifest. For itself. Your daughter is just like a seed that begins to break open. A seed that begins to grow in a world that still doesn't provide the best support for her growth. You are invited to find out for yourself: What is this trust? What is this softness that makes everything become gentle and allows things to happen, this softness that allows me to become still and peaceful? That allows me to be this foundation. That allows me to become like a tree on which my daughter can lean while she goes along on her own path. Can you allow yourself to be that soft – softness is indeed your strong point, your strength - can you allow yourself to be that gentle, that relaxed? And not, like a person within duality who looks at what seems to be happening and thinks to themselves: oh but my daughter is behaving strangely, shouldn’t she do this or that? Consider your daughter like a seed in your garden that just wants to grow. And allow her to grow in her very own way. This is the gift that that you can give to her. You don't have to. It' s just a wonderful opportunity for you: Allowing her to grow, to develop, to have all the time in the world and to appear outwardly as messy as it gets. What matters is the constant YES, what matters is that the trust is always there. This is something that would serve your daughter and you the best. It would be the best for both of you. Thank you for this question. Question 3: Dear Sophia! How can I get rid of this armor of mine? Sophia: Let us just take a moment to observe you. To let you be the way you are right now. We are taking this time, this moment now to perceive you. Not through the eyes of Old Energy, not saying something like: How can I heal this? What do I have to do? How long should I work on it? Where is the solution for this problem? No. We look at you with New Energy eyes, we look at you as a seed that just wants to grow. The hard parts of you have learned: hard is secure, hard is safe. Being hard keeps things away, keeps away whatever tries to get too close to me. Those hard parts of you are like seeds too. Perhaps you have seen a seed before. All seeds are hard. And if you allow them to grow, to expand, to develop, you will be amazed at how many gifts that seeming hardness will reveal. Thank you very much. Question 4: I would like to become a New Energy teacher, perhaps even for children. What should my next step be in this direction? Sophia: The first step in New Energy is to really feel that whatever you long for is already there. It’s not out there somewhere and there is no road to lead you there. Rather, what you are looking for is inside you, waiting for you to feel it, to acknowledge it! Your eyes are still searching the horizon for the answer: When is the right time...? For whatever it is. We invite you to feel. Feel right now. For right now there is a small seed inside you, the seed of a new profession, a new job. The seed for your abundance, for your health. For all the things your heart's been longing for. The seed is already there. What you are doing is still comparing yourself to that Old Energy ideal, that ideal within duality. You are struggling to achieve it. You are working so hard, even though you might not really be aware of it. You are making effort. You are invited to allow yourself to become softer. To settle back more and more and to realize that you are probably sick of struggling. Perhaps today is a good day to settle back and find that peace inside you. Inside you! Seeds don't grow in a battle field. They don't grow when we are fighting. They don't grow when we keep struggling with our lives. Seeds grow when we settle back. They grow when we are at peace. At peace with ourselves and the world around us, with all that is now. Even if it seems impossible to you: You are able to be at peace with all that is right now and also with all that is not. You think to yourself: peace will come when... when I can work in this or that field or when my bank account is big enough or when my partner or my children understand me. Peace begins right now in this very moment! Love, acceptance, your own YES – all that begins now! It's now or never. Now or never. Thank you. Question 5: Dear Sophia! For many years I was hiding behind an illness. I did breathe with it a lot, but still there is a symptom that seems to be getting worse. Can you tell me something about this? Thank you very much for your answer. Sophia: Yes and you might want to begin by not observing your life and your past through the eyes of Old Energy- the eyes of duality, but with the eyes of New Energy. You might want to take a look at what has developed in your life. You might want to look at how you allowed for a new strength, a new balance, a new trusting in your body to develop. And you might want to perceive that every further problem is just a seed that wants to grow. You call this symptom, which keeps getting worse, a problem. The old way of dealing with it would be to try and get rid of it or to think about why it's there and what you did wrong. What would happen though, if you were to lean back and let it be there, if you would just be with it? If you would allow yourself to find your peace where you are right now. You would realize that there is so much liveliness, so much vitality, so much passion, so much singing, so much music in that symptom. Can you let that expand? Can you let it blossom? Can you look at the things you considered to be problems with new eyes and see them as potentials, as things that want to grow, as new possibilities? Everything is contained in such a tiny little seed. It' s all there in a tiny seed. So what will happen if you allow the seed to break open and free that whole lot of love and energy that it's been carrying? It will be available to you again! This is the experience that lies ahead. This is the gift that you can give to yourself. Question 6: Dear Sophia! Is it a condition of my soul that makes me so tranquil that I am unable to make progress? Is this weariness a part of my journey or is it a game of hide and seek on a physical level, like you said before in the channeling? Can you help me to gain some clarity? Sophia: Let us observe: This is a question that concerns every single one of us. Anyone moving into the New Energy will sooner or later ask this question, like you do now. I would like to invite you to see: You haven't even arrived at the bottom of that tranquility yet. What wears you out is the effort you keep making. And making efforts is still your ideal. People that believe that they are weak and powerless usually believe that every activity takes strength, effort and a lot of self motivation. If you allow yourself to lean back and watch how things can grow in a new way, step by step, you will then realize: the new begins to grow right now. It does not take any strength! While you sit there on that chair, you can lean back and observe how the new begins to grow. You can begin to feel it! You see, what wears you out is the way that you think: and then I will have to plan it. And then I will have to do it. And then I will have to make it work in my life. This is thinking in duality, a remnant of duality. Allow yourself to feel what happens if you can just be the gardener. The gardener who settles back without judging, without the fear of being weak. Actually, settling back and allowing the new to grow is your strength. There are so many things that want to come into your life. This seeming stillness, this seeming emptiness is teeming with new potentials, with new possibilities. Potentials that long for life, potentials that just can't wait to unfold and give their love to you. Making effort doesn't allow the potentials to grow. Effort is the lid on a pot of potentials! It's like a wall that keeps everything new away. It is so essential to lean back and to feel: There is an easy way of being. And that is in the garden, where the new grows. That is paradise, that is where things grow and where you can experience and enjoy them. So instead of being busy with how to change yourself, begin with enjoying your life! A gardener is the best image of a person in the New Energy. Enjoy the little things in life that are already there for you and let them grow. Enjoy the sun that shines upon you today and let that joy, that love grow. Begin with what is there today, even if it's just five dollars, five minutes spare time, two moments of silence, a tiny tiny present that is there for you. Begin to enjoy, to settle back, and everything will come back to you twice as big. This is the creative cycle that you can move into. This is the invitation. For each and every one of us. And in the next weeks and next months we will be able to observe how it feels to be the gardener of our own life. And so we begin...
