12 - The New Center

And so we begin...

and so I Sophia enter this space. This space in which the new feminine energy slowly approaches its awakening.

It is an awakening of the feminine energy which is not brought about by me, Sophia, or by the energies of Mary or Isis, Mary Magdalene, or Kwan Yin. Although all these wonderful feminine energies are present and so close to Earth as never before. It is the awakening of the feminine energy that is beginning within humans. Within you, within many humans who might not even be aware of it yet.

We welcome today all of you who come into this space, to partake in this meeting. We also welcome today those among you who are here for the first time. You might have been given this text by a friend. You might be listening to the audio recording on the internet or you might have found this website by some other, almost coincidental way.

It is not a coincidence that you are here today. It doesn’t matter whether you are a man or a woman. It doesn’t matter which point of your life you are at, what is happening right now, which tasks are lying ahead of you, which challenges you are meeting. Maybe all your life is in upheaval. Maybe you are beginning right now to doubt all you know or want to know. Maybe you’re not that sure any more about why you are on earth, which way you want to go, and how to get there.

I Sophia am here in order to help you to realize that within you, deep within you the feminine energy is beginning to awaken. It is a part of you that has slumbered a long time. A part of you that has been hidden for a long time. It has nothing to do with being a man or being a woman. The feminine energy of your soul is that part of your being that knows how to receive. The part of your being that knows how to allow new things to manifest into the world. That knows how to bring new things into your body. That knows how to bring new things into your life. New things into your soul. It is the part within you that is able to let energies flow.

It is always about making energy flow, about releasing or receiving energies– it is always about these issues- it is about the feminine energy within you. It is the part within you that helps you to grow. It is the part within you that helps you to breathe. To make oxygen, to make air flow into your body and then flow out of your body again. The feminine energy is the part of you that helps you to allow energy of any kind to flow. Not to retain it. Not to force it into a given direction, not to manipulate it, but to allow energy to flow freely.

It is the feminine energy which eventually helps you to come closer to your own soul again. To come closer to your own soul, your own center within you.

The feminine energy takes no interest in guiding you towards an outward goal. It doesn’t intend on making you join any kind of religion. It doesn’t want to assist you in placing other people on a throne, placing anybody above you. It does not want to assist you in looking for your solution on the outside.

The feminine energy wants to help you to find all that within yourself. The feminine energy is truly the key to your sovereignty. The feminine energy invites you to receive your own energy, to live on your own energy and to let your own energy flow again. The feminine energy wants to help you to find the center of your power – power being the wrong word here – to find the center of your power within you.

When putting a hand on your belly you will feel: Right there, right where your hand touches your belly, a sleeping power center is lying. We don't want to speak of a chakra or of anything that you might connect with an old idea or an old expectation. We want to help you to feel: the center of your power, the source of your soul, of your energy, is slumbering in your belly. Slumbering in your belly.

And for one moment we invite you, I Sophia invite you to pause and make contact with your own power center. You might wish to allow your breath to become soft. You might wish to feel. To feel what is slumbering there in your belly.

It is a power center that has fallen into oblivion. Humanity has had such a long journey, has seen and experienced so many adventures. And it is on their journey that humans, that masculine energy invented a new power center. An artificial power center.

And if you would like to put your hand on your forehead you will realize where the new power center, the artificial power center has been located for thousands and thousands of years. The artificial power center lies in your head. In your mind. It is an invention made by humans, an artificial invention made by humans. And it is a power center which lies away from your core, which doesn’t really nourish you or assist you, but which can make you vulnerable and weak.

I invite you to realize for a moment how much of your energy is presently flowing in this region of your body- your mind, head, neck, shoulders. How much of your energy is directed and controlled by the mind? How many of your feelings, of your physical sensations, of your actions are controlled, judged, put into categories from there?

It’s neither right nor wrong. I simply invite you to become aware of it. I simply invite you to feel the ways in which you use your mind, to feel to what extent your mind has become the center of your life, the center of your energy. It is not about saying that your mind is bad or that it’s wrong to have a mind. It’s about recognizing where your true center lies and how you can begin to return to your true center.

It’s one way you can take, and perhaps one of the hardest ways a human can go. To release the old obvious power center that has served you for so long, and which has given you the illusion of strength, the illusion of power, the illusion of control for so long– and to open up for this loving power within you, this tender safety within you, within the core of you. This center of your power that you haven’t inhabited for such a long time.

The separation from your own power is an artificial separation. A separation that humans have imposed upon themselves. They have cut themselves off from their power, from their strength, from this all-natural soul flow. You have cut yourself off from your own soul because your mind told you that he was much stronger than your soul. Your mind– and it is telling you that right now: It is telling you that I, Sophia am a liar. Your mind tells you that it is much stronger than anything else that you can imagine.

The mind gives the illusion, again and again, that it is the better way. Indeed it is the better way for remaining a victim. It is the better way if you want to keep avoiding your soul. It is the better way for distrusting and doubting yourself. But beyond that, I Sophia cannot see anything better about it.

I invite you to feel. Not to think, but to feel, what it is your mind offers you, and how familiar you are with what it offers you. It offers you a limited form of sustenance, nothing more. It offers you a home that does not embrace you. It offers you a solution that does not work. It offers you separation from yourself and the endless search for your self.

The mind is a wonderful invention when it comes to going off in search for your self. For if you are in your mind, if eighty or ninety percent of your energy is away there in your mind– which indeed is the case with most humans– you are kept apart from your core. You are kept apart from your soul's nourishment. You are kept apart from your true source within you. And you do indeed have the option to go out and search for it. And you do have the option to be uncertain, to be weak and lonely.

This is the true reason why we created the mind. It was a form of separation that we imposed upon ourselves. And each time your head is aching, each time you realize that there are too many thoughts going round and round, each time you realize how tense your poor head is– each time one of these things happens, it is because you, once again, feel this pain of separation, this loneliness, this emptiness in your new home which is not really a home.

And with the awakening of the feminine energy a new consciousness comes in, a new awareness of your mind and of your core. The feminine energy invites you to sink deeper into your belly.

We invite you, again and again, to return to your true home. We invite you to sink into your belly. We invite you to breathe and to let the energy of your soul flow into your belly and to slowly begin to receive again the energy of your soul. It is the feminine energy that invites you to recognize your mind. To recognize what it can give you and what it cannot.

Most of you have such a sophisticated mind, and over the span of thousands of years it has learned to adjust itself to your needs. It speaks to you in so many languages. If you are on a spiritual path, it starts talking to you in a spiritual language. It starts speaking all the right words to you. It begins to understand everything, to know everything. It begins to remember everything. And yet: if you realize where its words lead you, if you consider what difference it makes– a lot of thoughts, a lot of words, a lot of energy in your head– it does not make any difference at all. Your mind leads you to believe that it can help you to breathe. It pretends it can help you to come closer to your own soul again.

Your mind is really clever. It knows exactly. It knows exactly which way it has to speak to you in order to make you believe what it tells you. It knows exactly which words to use. It knows exactly which intonation to choose, exactly which speed to use in order to reach you, in order to make you believe. To make you turn around, saying: “There might not be any soul. It might be the wrong path to move closer to my belly, closer to my core. I had better listen to my mind and do what it tells me. Perhaps I should stay in my head with that energy. Perhaps I'll take another turn on this merry-go-round of my thoughts.” It is a merry-go-round indeed. Your mind is not leading you towards yourself. Your mind only leads you around in circles.

Oh– it tells you that it has all the answers. It tells you that it knows exactly how to integrate the feminine energy. It tells you that it knows exactly how to integrate the aspects of your soul. And maybe it is telling you that you have already done it, yesterday during lunchtime. Maybe it is telling you that you’ve already experienced your soul and your abundance for ages now. And that you’ve already arrived for ages now.

Listen carefully! Listen beyond the words that your mind speaks. Allow yourself to feel. To feel: Is it really your truth? Is it really your truth, the truth that you can feel, the truth that is warm, that is joyful? Or is it a cold, mechanical, artificial feeling, one that is false from beginning to end? Why, do you think you doubt yourself so often? Why do you doubt certain areas of your life? Some of you doubt your own body, your own health. Some of you doubt your relationships. Doubt the issue of abundance, doubt your own wealth. Or doubt your own expression and then your work. And exactly where you have doubt: Watch! Watch exactly where your energy is and how you are dealing with the issue in question.

Are you ready to sink into your belly and to feel? Are you really ready to be touched by your body, by your expression, by your work, by your health, by your abundance? Or are you just thinking about being touched by these issues? If you are just thinking about it, you are following your mind in a wonderful circle. Are you starting again and again from the beginning, each time talking to yourself with the same intonation, or are you really connected with the living source within you, that source that helps you to let energy flow and to allow real change to happen?

The mind acts as though change is happening. Your core, your soul allows true change to happen.

You don't have to take it personally, to look at it as though it is all your fault. The mind is like a little machine that just works in this way and just serves the purpose that it has been created for. You don't have to be ashamed of it or to judge yourself because of it or to feel bad in any way. You can begin to simply realize where you happen to be. You can begin to simply discern whether you are listening to your mind or whether you are really come closer to your own soul. If you are really allowing yourself to feel. If you are really allowing yourself to let your breath flow. Or if you just think that you are breathing, with your mind saying: “I am breathing in, I am breathing out. I am letting energy flow.” For this is not something that you are really experiencing, but only that little mind, that little actor in your head pretending. Pretending. Pretending to feel your soul's love. Pretending it is breathing. Pretending.

And you are the one that goes away empty-handed. You go away empty-handed if you play your mind's game, if you follow your mind the way in which it leads you. Round and round in a circle. You keep losing. Your soul, your core, your belly, the source within you really wants to provide for you. Really wants to strengthen you. Really wants to nourish you and to embrace you. Really wants to show you the loving way to yourself. Your mind doesn’t intend to do any of these things. Your mind doesn’t care how you are, it doesn’t care what is happening in your life. Your mind doesn't take an interest in you. It cannot take an interest in you because it’s just a little machine. Because it’s just a little computer forever busy calculating: Zero, one, zero, one, zero, one. Your mind has no love for you. Your mind is not capable of assisting you on your way.

It is your soul that is ready to embrace you, to carry you and to really and truly give you New Energy. Your soul is waiting to be allowed to give you New Energy. Your mind has no energy. Your mind is a system, like a network, like a computer program. And you may let your energy flow through this computer program; and when you do, it will seem to come alive. Just as you plug your computer into an electrical socket and it will work. But your computer has no source of its own. It has no love that it can give to you. It is just a system that energy can flow through, and that is able to do certain jobs.

You can begin feeling, feeling when you are in your mind and when you are in your belly, in your core.

And here we want to invite all of you to pause for a moment. You might like to lean back a little and breathe a little and allow yourself to sink into your body again. The message that we are delivering today is a little unpleasant. To put it bluntly: It is very unpleasant for some of you. Because most of you keep hoping to find the answer in the mind. Most of you still believe very strongly that your mind knows the way. And this is an invitation, an opportunity to better realize what your mind can do and what it cannot do– in order to save yourself from disappointment. When you follow your mind hoping that it knows the solution you will experience disappointment after disappointment. Disappointment after disappointment.

If you turn to your soul, if you allow yourself to take this step into the unknown, this step into true trust, this step deeper into your own core– you will realize that your soul will never disappoint you. Your soul will always be there for you, always be ready to give you its love. Always ready to give you New Energy.

And don't forget: Within your belly, where you can feel as you your put your hand on your belly– is an energy center that is slumbering. The center of New Energy is right there within the core of you. It is not a cold, empty, lifeless machine. It is the energy center of your soul's love.

New Energy is allowing your soul's love to flow in your life. New Energy is activating this energy center within your belly and allowing yourself to become nourished by the love and the warmth of your own soul.

Your mind has learned to look outside of you and to hope for someone strong enough to give you this energy. Or for someone weak enough to let you steal this energy. Your mind has invented these dishonest tactics because it doesn’t know what is slumbering in your belly. It doesn’t know that your soul is present and that something is slowly beginning to glow in your belly.

Some of you can feel this warmth which emerges when you are ready to breathe. This warmth that is simply present and spreads through your entire body. Some of you feel a kind of tranquility, a feeling of security, a feeling of “I am safe”. This is the first sense of your own soul. This is evidence that you are coming closer to your own soul and that you– step by step– are allowing yourself to receive the New Energy.

Some of you have such an intellectual concept about what New Energy is. You look at New Energy like a mathematician, like a physicist would do. You look at New Energy with your mind. And the mind is the only thing that doesn’t know the New Energy, that cannot see the New Energy, cannot calculate it. And perhaps this is for the best, for the era of the mind has lasted long enough. The mind is the true religion of the past thousands of years. The mind is the god that has guided humanity. Doing the best it could.

But the step into New Energy brings about real change. The step into new energy means that I am ready to take on leadership. That I am ready to make the choice for the New Energy of my soul. That I am ready to receive the New Energy of my soul.

It is not about seeking solutions any more. It is not about doubting yourself or playing any of the mind's other games. It is about diving into your soul's truth. The truth of your soul that is waiting for you, waiting for you to really receive and to feel this sun rising in your belly, to feel this spring of New Energy streaming. Even if you cannot see it yet on the outside. Even if it takes blind trust to allow yourself to receive the New Energy of your soul.

It is really a great change that humanity is going through at the moment. The change lies ahead for many humans, while other humans are already in the midst of it. And if you are one of those who are already in the midst of it, it is particularly important for you to begin listening consciously to your belly, listening to your soul and to begin receiving your soul's love.

Doubt and uncertainty are proof that you are in your mind. Fear is an invention of the mind. Fear is something that your mind gives you. Trust and tranquility are things that your soul can give you.

I, Sophia give you my support during this transition. I accompany you on the way from the old energy of separation into the New Energy of your soul. I go with you into a new awakening, into a new acceptance of your own soul, of your own energy. Your own energy which is so sweet that you need not be afraid of it. Your own energy that is so gentle, that bears your name, that belongs to you exclusively, like your finger print. Your own New Energy is ready to come into your life. This is the reason why there are so many humans on earth at the moment who are prepared to sense the feminine energy, to embody the feminine energy, and to bring the messages, the energy of the feminine side back to this earth. For it is the feminine energy which enables you to complete the last step of this journey.

The masculine energy had you leave your home, your comfortable, familiar home, and set off on a journey into new adventures. The innocence and the readiness of the masculine energy had you take the first step. The first step of many, many steps.

The feminine energy is the energy that guides you home. Not back to the home you came from, but into your new home, into the New Energy. The feminine energy is the key that opens the door to your new home, that allows you to receive what has been waiting for you for such a long time.

It is a time of tranquility, for this process takes place within you, in stillness. No thunder, no lightning, no great enlightenment. The acceptance of your own energy happens softly and gently in your belly, in your soft breathing, in the stillness. In the stillness so that you needn’t be afraid, so that it doesn’t hurt, so that you can be in joy– in joy. In joy of the approaching reunion with your own soul.

This is the process that I, Sophia am facilitating, with all my love, with all that I am. I am here for you during this time when there is so much confusion, so much anxiety. When your mind tries for the last time to change course, to lead you back, back to the old ways, and when the new is still so tender and seems so far away. Right now I, Sophia am here for you and for anyone who is ready to take this last step home. The last step which is the hardest, which takes the most trust, the most patience, the most gentleness.

These are times of much motion and movement that we find ourselves in. So many things are happening on this earth, on levels where nothing has happened for such a long time. And on other levels, the levels of old energy– you can see the waves rising high, one last time. But beyond the final rise of the Old Energy you can feel a great tranquility. Beyond the old conflicts, the last power struggles, the last disasters you feel: There is already something new. We cannot believe in the drama of duality, cannot get pulled into it that deep, for we already see that the sun is rising. We are watching the first radiance of the New Energy, the first evidence of the New Energy awakening within. Within you. Within earth. Within humanity.

And so we begin...
