And so we begin together...

as I, Sophia, come in, into this now, into this moment. And I invite you to take time for this moment, this moment in which we share our energy. This moment, when your soul and your human self are allowed to come closer to each other. This moment, when there is nothing else to do but to be here, to feel and to share. To share what you feel, to share what you perceive, to share where you are right now in your life, on your journey.

So much has happened in the past few weeks since our last gathering. The feminine energy has taken one step closer to earth. One step closer within each and every one of you here today. And today we want to speak about the effects of this within you and for your world in general, now that the feminine energy is really allowed to come closer.

We invite each of you to feel. We invite each of you to sink deeply into your own body and to be really present. Some of you have learned to hide yourself so well. You have learned not to be in your body. You have learned to let your attention drift off with your energy, to drift off into your fantasies, into your dreamscape, into the feelings of other humans, into the events here on earth, into the earth itself. You have learned that it is possible to be alive and yet not be part of what is happening in your life. You have learned to be an observer, to be at a distance from yourself, to watch yourself from the outside. How often have you spoken about yourself like you were a stranger, like you were some other human that you were watching, evaluating, judging? How often have you spoken about yourself as if you were not really you?

We invite you to feel that it was a good hiding place that protected you from getting hurt. It was a good hiding place that protected you from life itself. From the surprises, but also from the joy of life. We speak about this distance that you created from yourself, and today we invite you to feel: how much trust does it take to sink deeper into your body? How much stillness and trust does it take for you to sink deeply into your belly, into your centre? To the place where your home is, where your heart beats. Where the warmth of your body shelters you. Where your pelvis holds and carries you. Where you are sheltered by your own body, held and carried by your own body - as if your body is a vessel and you are liquid, gathered and held within this vessel.

Can you be inside your body? Let yourself rest inside your body, let go? You see: Many of you who have begun to let your breath flow softly – you sometimes wonder: why does this letting my breath flow have so little effect on me? Whenever I am scared, whenever I get tense and stressed and start breathing softly, why doesn’t my breath help me to calm down?

And I, Sophia, invite you to feel: if you are not in your body, not in your centre, if you don’t let yourself be sheltered by your body, by the warmth of your body, how shall your breath reach you? How shall your breath help you to move your energy? Only if you really arrive in your body, if you are brave enough to leave your hiding place from life, if you are brave enough to sink deeper into yourself, only then will your breath flow through you, be a part of you. Only then will your breath help you to calm down, to find a new balance.

We invite you today to feel the difference: to be in your body and let your breath flow softly – in your body, in this moment, in this now moment, letting your breath flow softly.

What a difference, what a difference. Now your breath can really touch you. Now your breath can really help you connect with your soul. Now your breath can really help you come to this earth, be much more of yourself, much more than ever before.

We welcome all of you present here today. We welcome all of the new ones who have heard about Sophia for the first time, who have somehow found this text, or listened to this audio file. You are most welcome; it is no coincidence that your path has led you here. You are invited to re-discover something within yourself, to remember something that has been long forgotten, that has not been within reach for such a long time.

And we invite you to feel how many humans are actually taking part in this expansion of the new feminine energy, how many of them are listening today. In one way or another they are listening to us. All over the world there are so many humans beginning to say “yes”, beginning to feel: something inside of me wants to awaken, I don’t know what it is. My mind cannot make any sense of it but something is there waiting for me. I am curious, but I am also frightened.

And you are most welcome here in this space. You are most welcome to take a rest, to lean back, to breathe softly and to feel that there is nothing for you to do. You don’t have to be strong or have to struggle, you also don’t have to run away and hide. You can just be here and feel the love of the feminine energy, perceive the love of me, Sophia, and if you want to you can allow me to support you. Maybe for just a brief moment, or maybe for a length of time, it depends. It depends on whether it feels comfortable and right for you. This is an open and free space where you can come and go as you like. You can take whatever touches you, whatever feels right, and everything else you can simply leave here.

Now, as all of you have found your place, your place here in this space, let us take a deep breath together. Let us take a deep breath together and let the energy that we prepared for you today flow in.

First let us talk about the new feminine energy in the process of awakening within you and on this planet you live on. The new feminine energy is beginning to awaken, to blossom, to flow in waves of energy to this earth. The new feminine energy doesn’t come in to control others, to change what already exists, to apply any kind of force. She is coming in just to be here. To share her love with you, to remind you of who you really are.

This arrival of the feminine energy occurs in waves. It started with very small waves, with cautious, gentle changes almost imperceptible on earth. For those of you who enjoy facts and detailed figures: In 1997 the first wave of the new feminine energy began to reach this earth. And it was such a tiny wave that it could arrive here almost unnoticed. In the meantime the consciousness of a few humans has opened for this new feminine energy. You have felt how important it is for the new balance that wants to be born here on earth. How important it is that the new feminine energy receives her space, that the new feminine energy is allowed to awaken in the hearts of the women on this earth. And so, in the course of time, the waves reaching this earth have become a little larger each time, a little more intense each time. And in the last couple of weeks and months a new wave of energy has arrived here on earth. Those of you who feel connected with this expansion of the feminine energy have been able to feel it, and to perceive it inside your own body.

Some of you feel like a new quality within you has been born, a new sparkling, a new glittering, a new love becoming present within you. Some of you have felt how the human self has resisted the new. The human self feels disrupted, feels threatened. Yes, it feels threatened by the new coming in. And the human self has begun to resist the new within you. And this resistance causes exhaustion. For some of you it felt as though you could barely move. Your body has been so tired, maybe you even felt that you were sick, that you had a slight flu, that you didn’t want to step out of your door. And all these symptoms stem from the fact that your human self resists the arrival of the new feminine energy on the deepest level. It resists her because it doesn’t understand what is happening and this causes an imbalance within you. And observe how this imbalance not only manifests within you, but also in your outer relationships.

At the moment it can most easily be seen in the financial crisis starting from the US and now tempting many, many other humans to take part as well. And this crisis results from the human self resisting the new feminine energy that started to flow to this planet and draw attention to herself.

The consciousness of humanity, and in this case the consciousness of the banks have been dominated by an imbalanced, masculine energy for such a long time, and so the flowing in of the new feminine energy seems like an attack to this imbalanced, masculine energy. And this imbalanced, masculine energy goes into a great fear of being diminished, of being destroyed, and so it panics and the result is that of the financial crisis. Do you see?

It is nothing more than the panicky attempt of the old masculine energy to keep and maintain its power. It is an old way of conflict that we can observe that is neither wrong nor right. We have not gathered here today to judge anything, to decide if somebody has done something wrong. We have gathered here today to see with more clarity what circumstances we may encounter with this coming in of the new.

And the financial crisis is an extreme example of what could happen if we let ourselves be threatened by the new, if we close down in response to the new. Because the moment that we close down in response to the new - we also close down the energy channels within us that have nurtured and cared for us this far. Do you see? In your own life you could experience a small financial crisis – not a whole bank has to go under for that. If your own bank account got overdrawn, that would put you in your own financial crisis. That is the same result, the same energy, but on a smaller scale, in your personal situation, in your own life.

We invite you to feel that it is not necessary anymore to fear the new. Instead of believing your mind, instead of believing the fear your mind is telling you – that the new is bad, the new is threatening, the new is evil – how about listening to the voice of your soul deep inside of you and beginning to get acquainted with the new and feeling for yourself how lovingly this new feminine energy is coming in. How she doesn’t want to threaten you, how she doesn’t want to change anything by force, but how she is just coming in. A new star on your horizon that is rising and shining, not in order to control or to change the old stars, but only to give her light, her radiance as a gift to you.

And so I invite you to get acquainted with the new, to get to know the new feminine energy. This is the deeper reason why I, Sophia, make contact with you during my monthly messages. For the more humans that get to know the new feminine energy, and maybe even come to understand and love her - the less that imbalance, fear and panic will develop. Just because there are humans who say “yes” to the new, who allow themselves to release the Wound of Isis, who allow the new feminine energy to awaken within. I invite you to allow the new to blossom and let yourself feel even more of who you really are, who you really are.

Again let us take a deep breath together and watch how the energy comes in further. Today we are in a bath of energy, in a bath of all this new that is within reach. And it could be overwhelming if you forget to stay in your centre, if you forget to feel the love of your soul and forget to feel the love of the new feminine energy. The more you are really connected with the new, the less you have to be scared. It is like there is a path in front of you, and the more you are familiar with this path, the more you allow yourself to perceive and to feel this path - the less you have to be scared, the less you have to resist the new, the less you have to run away. Or play any of these other games that your fear is inviting you to play.

And we invite all of you who have begun to let the feminine energy blossom within you, we invite you to connect with me, Sophia, on the upcoming weekend (of October 11th/12th 2008). On this weekend I am going to accompany a group of women that are willing to let the new energy blossom within them once again. The new feminine energy that has been buried, that has been distorted beneath such deep wounds for such a long time – together we are going to permit the release of the Wound of Isis. All of the women who are brave enough to come into this space, to come into this gathering, to give this deep “yes” for something completely new.

We invite you on this weekend to honour this small group, to connect with this group and to assist them in their intention, if you would like to do so. If you would like you can connect with us. You can send your appreciation, your compassion and your love for the pioneers who declared their readiness to take this monumental step.

You see: the feminine energy has not been buried so deep and so out of reach for such a long time without cause. There have been so many wounds, so much hatred, so many struggles for power, and so much abuse in this area that for such a long time no human has been able to feel the feminine energy, live it, or really express what lay inside. The memories of the feminine energy have been present; yet it is mostly the anger that has been emphasised, the anger about having lost so much. So much disappointment and hurt has also been present. And only now, as the consciousness of humans has opened this far, only now are the first ones able to begin receiving and embodying this energy again.

And I, Sophia at this time would like to share my own story with all of you. Because my story tells about the darkness of the feminine energy - of all the hurt, of all that we describe today as the Wound of Isis. And the more you understand my story, the more you find your own story in mine, the more you will discover about yourself.

And I invite you in each breath: Remember who you really are. Let yourself feel where you have come from. Let yourself leave behind your hiding place, your belief that you have done something wrong, your belief that you are not worthy to be here. Many of you have pulled away so far, have allowed yourself to become so invisible, have disappeared behind other humans, behind your job, behind your partner. Once again I invite you: Come, come and awaken in a new way. Come back to the place that you really own. Come back to yourself.

And so we begin with our story of today, the story of Sophia that has taken a while to become present in this consciousness. And we invite you to take this loving breath and go on a journey with me, with us, a journey back to the feminine energy as it used to be. Let yourself breathe so softly, let yourself flow so far back, so far back, so far, millenniums back. The energy on this earth was much different, much more rigid, much more closed down, much harsher, than it is today.

Let yourself perceive: our story begins in Ancient Greece. In Ancient Greece as it was at the height of its development. And in Greece as it was back then, there was openness; people had a certain openness to let energies flow into their society, into their religion. Maybe you already know that they had many Gods that they worshipped. And this was just an older form of channelling. They just opened for energies through these images of Gods, opened for the support and wisdom that had been there for them.

There were many temples, temples for all of these energies. These temples had nothing in common with the churches that you know today. Rather these temples were schools or universities where the students opened to this special energy together, worked with this energy, lived with this energy and expressed this energy. Some chose to live and work in these temples and to serve this energy that they worshipped like a God or a Goddess. Other humans came from time to time to contact this energy.

There were energies responsible for a good harvest. There were energies to ease and support new enterprises, there were energies to bring peace or war, it all depended - numerous energies, the energies of water, the energies of the sun. And everywhere there were humans to serve this energy, to work with this energy. And maybe you want to feel that this ancient form of channelling is well known to you, that you also know how it feels to give yourself into the hand of God.

Back then we all thought that these energies were godlike or gods, and we worshipped them and served them. But they always remained distant from us; they always stood alone somewhere high above us on their pedestal. And we, as ordinary humans could only try to gain the favour of this God, of this Goddess, through unimaginable effort and devotion. For our human self it was not that easy being kept so separate from this God, this Goddess that we worshipped. On the one hand it longed for love and acceptance and on the other hand it was afraid to fall from favour, to attract the wrath of God. And so we lived in this constant tension between human and the divine.

And in that time some humans who were connected with the feminine energy, who worshipped the Goddess in themselves, in nature, in the divine, they perceived and allowed me, Sophia, to come so close. They allowed me, Sophia, to bring my wisdom, my love, my clarity to earth. And after a while I gave a vision to a woman who had been working with the feminine energy. Maybe you remember that in the past contact between the soul and the human had not been flowing. But sometimes it was possible to touch the human self by giving it a small parcel of energy, a picture. And for the human self it was like a vision.

That woman saw the vision given to her, the vision of a temple, the vision of a Goddess, a loving Goddess smiling at her, inviting her: come, come to my island. That woman we are talking about was the daughter of a king. The daughter of a king. And this king had so much financial abundance, so many resources, so much power. The daughter told her father the king about her vision and asked for his permission to build this temple. This temple for the Goddess she perceived as Sophia.

And her father was proud that his daughter had been chosen by the Goddess to build this temple and he willingly gave his permission and supplied the financial means to build this temple. He gave her the island of Kreta, which you still know as Kreta today. And on this island his daughter built the temple for Sophia, the Sophia Temple. This temple was built out of stone that glowed pink in the sun and there was a spring nearby. So the king’s daughter withdrew to this island. And of course, word got out: oh, there is this new Goddess, Sophia, and she has a temple on this island of Kreta. And more and more women and men heard this calling and also moved to Kreta to be a member of this temple, of this new Goddess who had come to earth.

And I, Sophia, invite you to perceive, to feel how this temple looked. You can open your inner eyes and see this temple; you can open your inner ears and hear the sounds, the songs of the birds. And there was a special place on this island close to the temple. We had a special place with a cage of owls. Owls are the animals closest to my energy, to the energy of Sophia. Maybe you can hear the songs of these owls during the night. Maybe you can smell the fragrance of the plants, the smell of fresh water, of herbs, of all the things we shared back then. And maybe you can also remember that it was not that easy for the feminine and the masculine energy to coexist peacefully.

The more this temple on Kreta gained acceptance and recognition, the more members of the royal family searched for advice on the island of Kreta. The more power and importance this temple achieved, the more this feminine energy attracted the envy and hatred of the masculine energy. The king ordered his daughter to come back home and to leave the temple because so many representatives of the masculine temples complained about falling into financial lack. But the king’s daughter refused: No, I will never give up my temple, I am going to continue receiving and advising the members of the royal family on my island, in my temple.

It was said that the children born on Kreta, on this island would be given a special blessing with this love of Sophia. And so women, especially the women of the royal family, came to this island to give birth to their children in order to receive the support, the blessing and the wisdom of Sophia for the newborn life.

The king’s daughter still refused to give up her temple, give up all the wisdom she had channelled – although back then it was not called channelling. She had discovered so much about the stars, about astrology and how the feminine energy could guide, could control the weather in order to give a richer harvest and even cover this small island with plants and blossoming flowers. The king’s daughter was not willing to give up all of this and so she asked the energy of Sophia to help her win this dispute, this argument with her father. A fight was begun, an invisible fight between the feminine energy and the masculine energy, a fight where both sides tried to get stronger and win. And maybe you want to remember how that felt, how the tensions in the humans, the tensions in the earth grew. Maybe you want to remember that this deep tension, this energy of fighting led to imbalance even within the earth itself.

After a while there was a strong earthquake and the temple and the vegetation on the island of Kreta were destroyed – and for a moment we invite you to perceive, perceive that it was time for the feminine energy to step back, to yield to the power of the masculine energy. The time had come within the greater cycle, the time for the feminine energy to fall into oblivion.

But those humans that had connected with the feminine energy back then, those humans that followed me, Sophia, didn’t know anything about all of that. It was not in their understanding; those greater cycles were not in their understanding. And so they thought that the Goddess had abandoned them; and they thought that they had done something wrong. So they withdrew into their hatred, their pain, their sorrow about all that they had lost, about all that had been buried by the earthquake. It was not only an external earthquake, but the energy had been shaken within. And the connection to Sophia, the connection to this feminine Goddess as it had been perceived back then, was not accessible anymore.

The king’s daughter was inconsolable, refused to go back to the mainland and spent the rest of her life in seclusion amongst the ruins of her destroyed temple. She refused to go back to her father who had been sending ships to retrieve her, refused to forgive him, refused to accept what had happened.

This is my story, one story about Sophia, an experience I now share with you. And since the destruction of this temple, now is the first time that I speak to you again, the first time we meet again, the first time my love is allowed to touch you again. And all of you who are listening today who were part of this temple back then, part of this expression of the feminine energy – I invite you to feel: what part of you is still hiding in the ruins of the feminine energy? What part of you is still refusing to come out? What part of you is still living in guilt, in bitterness, in hatred, in sorrow of all that you have lost?

Some of you are still holding on so strongly to the old that you don’t even feel that I, Sophia, am standing before you once again, that I want to reach out my hand to you, that I want to start a new friendship, a new love with you. Some of you are still holding on so strongly to the old that you are not ready to feel the new, to feel that something new has already been awakening and blossoming in you, something that is sparkling and clear.

This time our relationship will be different. For those of you who want to open up to my love: it is no longer required for us to be kept separate from one another, it is no longer required for you to worship me and put me above yourself.

You see: This time I come in as your equal. I meet you on the human level, on the soul level as an equal counterpart, of equal worth. I look into your eyes and invite you: come, come, give me your hand in a new way, remember all that you know. All that you have buried so deeply within.

The injuries sustained as a result of the destruction of the temple on Kreta are one of the expressions of the Wound of Isis. And all of you who are ready to release it, who are ready to embrace the feminine energy in a new way, to let her blossom in a new way in your body, in your life – you are invited to take a deep breath, a deep breath together with all those who are present today. To feel: the new feminine energy is beyond struggling for power, beyond fighting the masculine energy. She is just there. Like a star in the sky, like a tree in the forest, she is just there. And the more you let yourself feel this, the more you are able to say ”yes“ to the new, the more other humans will lose their fear of the new feminine energy too.

And those carrying the masculine energy will also feel: the new feminine energy is coming in as my friend, my counterpart. She is not coming in to stand above or below me; she is coming in as my friend, my counterpart, my partner, my inspiration. She is coming in to create a new balance on this earth. She is inviting the masculine to take its real place, to let the real love of the masculine flow again, to live the real kindness and strength of the masculine again. It is a new beginning, such a deep new beginning for each and every one of you.

And I, Sophia, came here today to share one of my stories with you. A story about hope, about hurt, pain and fear, and I invite you to feel: you have permission to release this pain. You have permission to feel that you haven’t done anything wrong, that you haven’t destroyed anything, that the Goddess deep inside of you still loves you. And it is such a joy for me, Sophia, that next weekend we are allowed to accompany the first group, the first group of humans that have decided to release the Wound of Isis, on their way.

Many of you listening to my story were leaders in the feminine energy - you were the head of a temple, the leader of a religion, you held the connection to the feminine energy, to the Goddess. And the new age needs humans who are ready to feel: I can go first, I can be an example, an inspiration for all those who are still hiding behind their pain, the Wound of Isis, for all those who are still engaged in this fight, for all those who have forgotten what the feminine really means. The new age needs humans to go first, to be a standard, to accept this love inside of them again.

And so we invite all of you to take this step, this step within, into the new feminine energy. Observe the changes in your body, in your life. Also observe your human self becoming scared and feeling threatened. And give your human self so much time, so much warmth and love that it doesn’t have to run away from the body, from its centre, but may softly and gently get to know the new and feel that it is safe.

It is safe, it is a new way in which we are opening – we don’t go back to the past, to the old. We are opening this portal of the feminine energy within each one of us. Within your body, within the earth, we are opening this new feminine energy that is bringing in nothing but peace, abundance and security. It is such a joy for me, Sophia, to be allowed to be with you today. Such a joy in every moment that you allow me to be close to you, to hold you, to breathe with you, such a joy to see you again, to feel you again, in a new way.

And so we begin together...
