And so we begin together...

as I, Sophia, come into this now - so that we may begin together: Your soul and your human self, your body and your spirit, human beings and animals, human beings and nature, fire and water, air and earth, and even the feminine and the masculine energies, we all begin together. The energy of the mother and the energy of the father now begin dancing together, finding a new rhythm, a new balance; a truly new energy on this earth.

In our gathering here there is no obligation, no must whatsoever. You are not listening to this because you feel you must. It is the love within you that invites you. That invites you to go beyond and be more of yourself than you’ve ever been. It’s the energy of love that invites you to leave behind the struggling and the old energy of duality and to dare to begin truly anew.

Firstly, just for yourself, for all that is meaningful to you, that which makes you feel joyful, which makes you blossom. But know: Each step that you take, you take for the whole world. Each time you accept the feminine energy for yourself, you accept it for the whole world. Each time you say “yes” for yourself, you say “yes” for the whole world. The whole world! If you like, let yourself feel that, allow yourself to feel: Only when you are fully present, when you are trulypresent, can this new beginning indeed take place. Wanting and hoping is not enough - you are needed, your presence, your breath, your awareness is needed. Nothing can change in your life if you are not truly present.

We’d like to take some time today to talk a bit more about this and about the misunderstandings that still keep you from being truly present. We have often spoken to you about how important it is to be in your body. And perhaps you would like to pause for a moment and feel where you are right now.

Are your feet and hands warm? Do you feel the breath flowing into your belly? Are you aware of sitting in a chair or on your sofa? Are you aware of what’s going on around you? As you open your eyes, do you feel as though you’re returning from far away? Or do you feel yourself here and you’re not surprised at all with what your eyes are seeing and your ears are hearing?

Can you put your hand on your belly and actually feel that it is your belly that you are touching? Your belly which is so filled with love, your belly receiving the flow of your breath, in each new moment? Can you allow yourself to feel your life, your situation, your home, your being here in this moment? Here in this body, in this room, in this town, in this country, on this earth. Can you allow yourself to feel what your here and now, your present really is?

For some of you this is not easy. For as soon as you allow yourself to come closer and be truly here, old ideas and old attitudes deep within you start resisting. It is those old beliefs, the misunderstandings between you and your soul which make it so hard for you to actually be here - not just viewing your life, but being the lead actor, the center of your life.

For a moment allow yourself to feel the beliefs that keep you from being truly here. Why does it feel so uncomfortable to be in your body? Why does it feel so uncomfortable to be with your soul, to breathe with your soul and to receive your life force energy once again? Why does it feel so uncomfortable to allow your life to flow once more instead of putting it on hold, waiting and hoping, going around in circles in your mind, and then finally realizing that nothing is moving and nothing is changing? What is keeping you from letting your life truly flow? This is what I, Sophia, am asking you today.

I invite you to come closer and to observe, to feel what the old misunderstandings are about that keep you from being here and taking your place. We have not gathered in order to judge. I invite you to discover more about yourself. To see through your own games and to notice: What is it that I am doing? What is it that I am accepting or not accepting? Why am I where I am right now? Why are there certain areas in my life that are not flowing? Why am I not feeling completely safe in my body in this moment? Why is it so difficult for me to communicate with my soul, to talk to her, to see her, to hear her? Why is there this distance between me and this now moment, between me and my soul?

Allow yourself to feel: There is indeed a misunderstanding between you and your soul that keeps you from being one with her and from being one with this now moment. And I, Sophia, invite you to feel, to discover for yourself how you can come closer to your soul. I invite you to feel whether you are willing to embrace this old misunderstanding and let go of it.

Let us go together on a journey for a moment and learn about the source of this misunderstanding, the origin, the root of this misunderstanding between you and your own soul, this split, this separation between you and yourself. Allow yourself to take a soft breath, and then let’s return together to the origin of this energy. Let’s return together to this moment in your own past when you distrusted yourself for the very first time. You don’t need to get an image. It’s not for the mind to process this information. I, Sophia, invite you to feel, to experience what this very first moment of distrust towards yourself felt like. You don’t have to describe it, just give yourself this moment to really feel.

Some of you may feel it as a scar or as a deep wound within you. Some may feel it as a stitch, something sharp-edged, something piercing. Others may feel it as something vague, perhaps a feeling of sadness. Allow yourself to really feel this first moment of separation, this first moment of distrust between you and your soul.

This is the origin of duality. This is the origin of all further misunderstandings that have been created. This is the origin of a dynamic that has allowed you to move further and further away from yourself, from your body, from your life force energy. And I, Sophia, invite you today to actually feel how this first distrust towards yourself felt. We are not here to judge this feeling. Nor are we here to heal it, to manipulate it, to suppress it or to be victimized by it. We return here to feel this feeling.

You are invited to let the light of your consciousness shine into this first distrust. It’s like shining a bright light into a dark room that has never had light before, has never experienced brightness. You are invited today to carry the light of your consciousness into this original separation and to observe what will happen.

For some of you it is not pleasant to feel this original separation. For some of you it brings up images or memories. For some of you it may feel as if you have done something very wrong, as if you are guilty, as if you are terrible - and you don’t even know why this is so. Others of you have the feeling of being rejected, expelled or abandoned. For some others of you this feeling may be anger, feeling furious with something that you cannot even describe and that doesn’t make sense at all. Yet there is this rage inside of you, this indescribable rage. Some others may only feel sorrow, the deepest sadness there is within you. It seems to be the root of all the sadness you’ve ever experienced, unspeakable grief, the feeling of having lost everything, having wasted everything. Everything seems to be running through your fingers, you are losing everything. And you are not able to do anything to stop it. These are huge emotions, and today we have the courage to face them. These are huge emotions and I invite you to stay centered and to keep breathing.

We are walking together in safety and ease into the new. We won’t stop to fight. We won’t stop for fear. And we won’t stop for arguing with what is. We are moving forward step by step and breath by breath. For each breath takes you further into the new energy, into a new balance, into a new trust in your own soul, a new trust in yourself.

I, Sophia, invite you to feel: Perhaps it’s time to let go of this separation, this distance between you and your soul, this harsh coldness that accompanied this separation. And you see there is nothing to heal. You don’t have to bridge this divide, you don’t have to heal it or undo it. You don’t have to suffer any longer from this separation. You don’t have to be sad, angry or alone any longer. Here in this safe space you are joined by so many others walking on a path similar to you. Here in this safe space we can share where we came from and where we are going. Maybe this is a good moment for you to let this separation go.

For you see, this separation has been like a weed, a weed that has taken root in your garden - in the garden of your life. And this weed has produced seeds that are buried deep in the soil that have sprouted weed after weed, again and again. Again and again this weed has been growing new misunderstandings and new pain in your life. Until now you have been trying to cure this separation by healing the symptoms or healing the consequences of this separation. You have been tearing at the leaves of this weed, yet you’ve never touched the root that has remained hidden deep down. And with every new spring, with every ray of sunshine and with every drop of rain this weed, this separation from your soul continues growing.

I, Sophia, invite you to choose an easier way. That’s the reason why I have encouraged you to feel this root today, this origin of your own separation, and spend some time with it. To direct your presence, your consciousness and your love to this root cause so that you may understand where this separation, this misunderstanding and distance between you and your own soul comes from.

Let’s take a deep breath together. Allow your energy to be fully present, to be fully present in the here and now. Today is an important moment in our shared evolution. Let’s take a moment to welcome those who may be here with us for their first time. We threw you in at the deep end immediately. Right away you were immersed in all that we have been moving together today. And deep within you there may be a knowingness that this is the step that you have been preparing for within you for quite a while. Or perhaps some of you feel a bit overwhelmed. That’s perfectly okay. You are invited to lean back and receive what you choose, what feels right for you, and let the rest go for some other time. And perhaps this may feel better for you.

It is wonderful to see the large stride the feminine energy was able to take within the last few weeks and months, this large stride into this now. She has begun to awaken from her slumber. She has begun to return after being forgotten and is bringing all of her gifts, all of her abundance back onto the earth. And you are a part of this. Whether you consciously realize it or not, you are a part of this awakening, a part of this allowing.

Our friendship, the friendship between you and I, Sophia, reaches far back, spans over eons of time - farther back than your mind allows you to remember. You see, our friendship began back in Lemuria, in this oh so special time - when only the feminine energy was present on earth and the Goddess was embodied in all living things. For it was the Goddess that sang all the plants, all the animals, all the living things that we take for granted nowadays, into life.

And I, Sophia, invite you to remember this ancient time, this time that was so very different from now. It was the feminine counterpart to everything that you are now experiencing as these times are mainly formed by the masculine energy. Lemuria and all the cultures following that were based on that age brought in the wealth, beauty and love of the feminine energy.

Many of you may find it easier to remember the age that you call Atlantis. We consider this time to be the dawn of the masculine energy. For you see, whenever humanity is in a time of duality it is not possible to have the feminine energy and the masculine energy present together on this earth. It has had to be either - the feminine energy and the cultures derived from it - or the masculine energy and its manifestations.

Today we live in a period of transition, a time of a profound new beginning on this earth and in your own evolution. And this new beginning is, among other things, about the feminine energy as well as the masculine energy being present together on this earth for the very first time. It is an expansion, a coming into balance and even more than that: It is the letting go of an ancient separation. It is the release of this separation, the release of this misunderstanding between the masculine and the feminine energy that is allowing for a new beginning.

Allow yourself to take a gentle breath and observe, observe how it feels to you when this feminine energy, this energy of the Goddess returns to this earth, how it feels to you when the energy of the father, the original loving masculine energy is allowed to be present on this planet, and when the feminine and the masculine energies can walk hand in hand. Allow yourself to feel this. It’s not happening for just one moment, it’s truly a new beginning, the beginning of a new era of peace and unity. And you will recognize this new era by the fact that the feminine energy and the masculine energy are in balance.

We will all know in time what this looks like as you are about to create it. You are about to let it come true, to bring it into this world. It is a promise that I, Sophia, gave you at the end times of Lemuria, before this first deep separation within you occurred. I gave you the promise that this separation would just be temporary, not forever, only for a time. And I promised to return to this earth to assist you in bringing back the energy of the Goddess, the original feminine energy - with all of its beauty, all of its song, all of the love that she has for you. And at the same time to allow the masculine energy to find its true place again and remember the clarity, the strength and the love that it is actually about.

And I, Sophia, have come to fulfil that promise. I have come to take this step into the new era, an era of peace, an era of expansion, together with you. And it is indeed the beginning of a new era. And incidentally, the age of Lemuria lasted much longer than you are able to remember. The era of the feminine energy has been as long as the era of the masculine energy, with as much time, as many civilizations, as many achievements and as many experiences as the masculine era.

And you see the symbol of this feminine era was the Goddess, the symbol of loving mother energy, embracing and nurturing her children, holding the earth in her arms, holding the earth in loving balance. When the masculine energy began to rise during the next new age of Atlantis, the symbol of the masculine God showed up for the very first time, a God that has accompanied you throughout this entire stretch of masculine dominance. This God gave you among other things, the experience of war. He encouraged you to be self-centered and to strive toward making discoveries that would not have been possible otherwise.

And the symbol of the new era that is now beginning is the Goddess and the God together.

Neither one is greater, more beautiful or more important than the other. Both energies, both parts are equal. And you may even notice that they are not whole without each other. They are only whole – and even beyond whole – when allowed to exist together in the same space. Let’s take a deep breath and enjoy. Enjoy the fact that all of this is happening in your lifetime. In your lifetime you will experience the changes in your body and experience the changes in yourself brought about by the beginning of this new era.

Last month we guided a courageous group along this path, a brave group that was willing to step into the unknown and move into this new balance. This group of women opened up and accepted the energy of the Goddess back into their own bodies and into their own lives once again. This step has caused a lot of changes in their private lives.

This returning of the Goddess that you are about to allow moves a lot within you. The basic pattern of your energy changes, your energetic fingerprint changes, taking on a new nature and a new rhythm. And you can feel these changes. It’s not always easy to trust and to know that these changes are part of your path, and that it is okay. It is okay that the old way doesn’t work anymore and that it takes a little effort to trust the new. All of that is proving that you are in a transition and that you are daring a new beginning. And we are all here together to support each other in this process. I, Sophia, am here to support you in accepting this energy, this original Goddess energy once again in a new way. And those who have already experienced it will confirm that the Goddess does indeed return in a new way.

She has not come back to rule again. She has not come back to repress the masculine. She has returned to take her place again in this new whole, to take her place next to this God who now stands beside her, in order for both energies to be balanced and for the entire world to be able to take this step into a new energy.

It is of great importance during the time of the dawning of the new era to have those who perceive this feminine energy so well take part. It doesn’t matter which aspect of the feminine energy you relate to. Some of you are connected to the energy of Mary Magdalene - you carry great knowledge within you, knowledge that we would call alchemy nowadays; the wisdom to let energies flow, the wisdom to allow miracles to happen and to live beyond the limitations of your mind and of your human self. And you are invited to connect to Mary Magdalene in a new way and to allow for this aspect of the Goddess, this unique wisdom and love to return and be in your life again. To that you are invited.

Others are very much connected to the energy of Mary. And perhaps you have recently found yourself surrounded by a beautiful blue; a blue that wants to radiate in your aura, a blue that you might have seen somewhere - in the sky or in a clear lake. Depth and wisdom. The wisdom of Mary is very important in order to let this separation be healed deeply inside you. The wisdom of Mary is also vitally important for the integration of soul and body. It allows for your soul and your body to become one again. Mary knows about health and healing, knows about these areas of life.

And you are invited to allow the return of the Goddess. See how the petals of a flower bloom again, one petal and then another even brighter still. So will the beauty of the Goddess blossom again in all of her brilliance, in all of her forms. The more people that are willing to let their own petals blossom once again and bring in their own brilliance of the Goddess, the gentler this new beginning may take place.

For many people are afraid that this return of the feminine energies could have destructive effects. Many people are afraid that the Goddess might come back to take revenge for having been forgotten, for having been ignored, for having been scorned, for having what she brought in completely trampled. Many people are so afraid of this Goddess energy that they would rather shut down and block the way of this new beginning – out of fear.

Only you can feel the way in which the Goddess has truly returned, the way in which this original Goddess energy has grown and changed. Only you know that her love is grander, grander than the fear, grander than any misunderstanding and any separation could be. Only you know that the Goddess comes back to embrace her children, to let her love rain onto this earth and to nurture and care for the humans. She is bringing back the wisdom of healing onto this earth – true healing. It does not require medication nor does it require scalpels - this healing is so simple and graceful. And you know that you carry this knowledge within you, this knowledge of profound and true healing.

The Goddess is also arriving to open up the feminine portals once again, these portals of love through which the new children come into this world in a gentle and playful way, without having to forget who they are, without having to deny their true beingness and without having to leave behind a part of themselves. These feminine portals are beginning to open and there are so many new children waiting to walk this path, to be cradled in the arms of the Goddess, to enter this earth safe and secure, without pain, without cruelty and without violence.

And a deep inner knowing is also brought back to the earth by the awakening of the Goddess. And you see; she is coming back purely to serve you. She is not asking anything from you - nor is she expecting anything in return. You are just invited to receive this gift for yourself. The more that you are willing to accept these various attributes of the feminine energy, the easier it will be for other people to open up to the feminine energy, to the new energy, to the new era. For when they feel the enrichment and the blessing that this energy has brought to the earth, they will lose their fear.

You are invited to allow the Goddess back into your life. You are invited to allow this misunderstanding to dissolve, this misunderstanding between your soul and your human self, between the feminine and the masculine energies, between human beings and nature, between human beings and animals, between fire and water, air and earth. You are invited to take this step into the new era, and then all of our future gatherings will simply build on that. All of our future gatherings will be to bring the original energy of healing back to this earth, to unveil the knowledge of Mary Magdalene, to reveal the knowledge of Mary. For all of these energies carry deep wisdom within them that has not been seen for so long, that has not been acknowledged, that has even been feared. In this loving and gentle way we may allow its return and we may celebrate and enjoy the richness that the feminine energy has brought back into your life. Anytime that you are attend a workshop, anytime that you are willing to enter this space of the Goddess, you will receive a bit of this richness to take with you, if you so choose.

It is a promise that I, Sophia, have made to you. It is part of my love, part of my wisdom, that has created these spaces and that invites you to take part. Taking part does not mean to be there only physically. It means taking on your part of the Goddess, no matter whether you are in a female or a male body. It is time to take on your part of the Goddess once again, to open to receiving this gift and, in doing so, giving a gift to the earth - and this is more than you may have ever imagined.

The more the portal of the feminine energy is allowed to open, the less this earth will need earthquakes, disease and starvation in order to dare the step into the new. The more the love of the Goddess may flow through you into this earth, the less suffering there will be, the less misunderstandings there will be, the calmer and gentler this path into the new may be.

There will still be plenty of people resisting the new. They are convinced that the new is threatening and evil and they are terribly afraid of the original feminine energy. You are invited to simply accept this, you don’t have to argue with them. It is the love of the Goddess that is frightening them. It is the love between the feminine energy and the masculine energy that is frightening them.

There will be many women and men who will prefer to hold onto the old energy of separation. They have the opinion that the feminine energy is weakened or damaged by this new feminine energy. They have so often associated the feminine energy with hostility, with struggle, with being a victim, that they feel threatened by this graceful and natural energy. They choose to go on fighting rather than accepting what is right there in front of them. And that’s okay. You may concede it to them and let it go. It’s not your task to convince anybody. I invite you to enjoy for yourself and to accept for yourself the returning of the Goddess and to notice how the feminine energy and the masculine energy within you are finding a new balance.

And for those of you who have asked what to do now with this energy of separation that we have visited today. I, Sophia, invite you to feel: As soon as the Goddess and the true masculine energy are allowed back into your life, as soon as this love between the feminine energy and the masculine energy may flow again, this separation will be healed. Whenever the love of the Goddess and the love of the God are allowed to touch each other, this wound of separation, this wound within your core receives healing. And then there won’t be any separation left. The grand love that exists between the feminine and the masculine energies is so warm and so deep that the old separation will cease to exist.

Let yourself feel the joy emerging deep within you, the joy for this new beginning, for this profound transformation that wants to take place within you. Starting from a place within where you had to deny either the feminine or the masculine part of you, to become a human being that is allowed to be truly whole; a being that is uniting the wisdom of the feminine and the clarity and joy of the masculine. This is indeed new energy, this is the path that I, Sophia, am walking together with you. This is the path that will lead you to becoming a shining example for the rest of humanity which still lives in separation - separated from either the feminine or the masculine energy, separated from themselves. You are invited to be a shining example for this new era that is about to begin.

You have my love and support. You have the love of the original Goddess energy and you have the support of the original masculine energy. They accompany you, they hold you and they assist you to walk your path. I, Sophia, invite you to smile, to rejoice about what is ahead of you. It is truly a return to a new paradise, to a new Garden of Eden that is awaiting you. And this great misunderstanding - the belief that anyone or anything you may have done had you banished from paradise - this great misunderstanding can be cleared now. You are invited, paradise is waiting for you, your garden is waiting for you, your peace, your peace is waiting for you.
