And so we begin together... as I Sophia enter our shared space, this space that we share together. And so I allow my energy to be present on this earth, to be present in this space, tangible for each one of you, right now. And I bid you welcome, you who are here today, listening to these words, sharing this space with us and receiving this energy for yourself. I bid you welcome in the way that you happen to be today, with all that is a part of you, with all of the things that you are feeling, with all of the things that you bring with you into this now moment. Some of you have already become very familiar with my energy, over the last several months and years. You know my energy, and it isn't scary or threatening for you to listen to me, to breathe my energy and to allow me to assist you. Others of you are here with us for the first time today. You have come into this energy for the first time in order to feel it and to find out if it holds any meaning for you, if you are comfortable with it, if you can feel at home in this space.
And for those of you who don't know my energy yet, who can't connect very well with the energy of Sophia: I invite you to perceive that the energy of Sophia is merely a sound of feminine energy, a vibration, an expression of the feminine energy which abides in every human. Feminine energy has nothing to do with being a man or a woman. Feminine energy is a quality of your soul, it is the depth within you that holds you, the foundation within you, the thing that is supporting you and your body, the loving presence within you that nurtures you and cares for you, the loving presence in you that helps you to receive all of the things waiting ready for you. All this pertains to the feminine energy. And if you are here today and these words touch you and something in them feels familiar to you, then it is very likely that you have begun to come closer to your own feminine energy, closer to your own feminine wisdom within you. And more and more humans are on this way – and with the coming in of the feminine energy you and the earth upon which we live are coming into a new balance. We come into a new balance, into a new time of peace. If you look around on earth there are still so many tensions in so many places, so many imbalances, but with the coming in of the feminine energy, with the re-connection to the feminine energy, these tensions can be released and these situations can find a new balance. Not a solution that has to be brought about by force and violence but a solution that emerges all on its own like a set of scales that come into perfect balance the moment either side is balanced. You don't have to take any action in order to keep these scales in balance. You don't have to manipulate them or apply pressure to keep them balanced. It is enough to allow that either part of your soul, the masculine part and the feminine part has the right to be there. It is enough if either part is invited and welcomed into your life. No struggle is needed. It may happen so easily, so easily and so effortlessly for you. *** And so we would like to begin our gathering by preparing our space for today. And you may have noticed that the space today is somewhat fuller. It contains much more energy than in our past gatherings. And this is because we have invited some guests to be part of our space today. We have invited the energies of the feminine quality to be part of our space, and they are speaking to you and they breathe with you and they are accessible for each one of you who is present here, today. We have invited the energies of Mary to be in this space. Mary, whose quality is especially peaceful and still. She comes in with a radiant blue, a blue like the heavens and the sea. She comes in with this love that simply wants to hold, a love that wants to hold her children. And many of you are so familiar with the energy of Mary, so familiar with this tranquility and depth that she radiates. And we have invited more guests into our space today that we want to introduce also. The energy of Isis is equally part of this space. An energy which is so ancient, which is so rooted within you and upon earth. An energy that goes far back to ancient Egypt and that carries so many mysteries and so much wealth within it. And you may like to perceive how Isis speaks to you today, what she wants to tell you, what she wants to share with you. Isis has often been misunderstood. She was misunderstood and her energy was interpreted as dark and threatening. But today I want to invite you to perceive the strength, the self-confidence and the clarity Isis brings with her. And I want to invite you to feel that her energy comes into this space dressed in a color or a quality of pure gold - a gold that is so clear, so self-confident and represents so much wealth. And you may want to perceive this quality and to become familiar once again with this kind of feminine love too. Our next guest is the energy of Mary Magdalene. And you might wish to perceive her energy and feel that she comes into this space radiating an ever so soft and tender color of yellow. Her energy is so infinitely soft, so gentle and so ready to listen, ready to be so gentle and so kind. Mary Magdalene has such a simple and elegant way of dealing with earth, of dealing with life itself, and in her time and also long after her time, humans who were inspired by her energy or studied her energy wondered: Is Mary Magdalene a magician? How can she deal so simply and so effortlessly with the energy of earth? Perhaps she uses a magic trick. And today I want to invite you to feel: The essence of her energy is a commitment, such a readiness and openness - so ready, so open to perceive everything that can be perceived, to feel everything that can be felt, to resist nothing, to condemn nothing, to refuse nothing. And from this openness a wonderful energy grows, from which every human on earth can and may learn to really let energy flow. And so, you see, our present space is filled with so much wealth. It is a special gathering on so many levels. And there is still one more guest that is part of this space. An energy so sisterly - that touches and carries my Sophia energy. An energy that makes our present gathering come full circle. And she comes in with a tender color, with a tender color of pink - so infinitely loving – an energy of the heart, an energy of such understanding and compassion. And some of you realize already: Oh, it is the energy of Kwan Yin that comes in with us today to complete this space. She is an energy most humans don't really understand yet as she seems so tender, so devoted and so understanding. And for most humans who are still in a state of inner denial and struggle it is unimaginable to be so open and compassionate. It even scares them a bit. For how can I be so open, so loving and compassionate when I am so afraid of myself, so afraid of other humans and of the experiences of my life? And Kwan Yin brings in an energy of healing, an energy of such tenderness and love. And indeed it is so: Only when I am so safe within myself, only when I am anchored so deeply within myself - only then can I be so compassionate and so loving. I cannot be loving when I am still afraid and led by my fear. And Kwan Yin comes in with this invitation to feel the love within you, to discover the understanding and compassion within you, within yourself. And so our flower is now complete. This flower of the feminine energy that is about to awaken and to blossom. And the petal of Sophia, which is about to blossom, brings in the sound of wisdom, the sound of strength, of stability into this now. A wisdom that has the color of a honey brown, a color of amber which is shining in the sun, a wisdom dwelling in your soul - a wisdom not to be mistaken for knowledge. And we all realize that in this life it is not about knowing anything. It doesn't make a difference if I carry something around in my head, sheer knowledge. However, it does make a difference if I allow myself to take this knowledge and make it an experience, a feeling. And this felt knowledge, this experienced and felt knowledge is what can then become wisdom for our soul over time. Wisdom is something which ripens in our soul over time, like amber comes into being after a long time, ripens after a long time. In the same way your soul holds wisdom that has ripened after a long time and is still ripening. And we now invite you to take some deep breaths with us and really feel our invitation to you today to be in the center of this space, surrounded by so much love, by so much safety. You may be in the center of this flower, held and protected by every single petal which envelops you - nourished and loved and by all of these different expressions of the feminine energy. *** Come and listen to how many voices you hear, how many sounds come close to you, touching you, how many memories, how much strength is touching you. Isn't it wonderful to be in such a soft nest? We have often referred to this soft nest. And today we want to go into more detail. Today, in this space that has the characteristics of a soft nest. And we want to invite you to perceive more carefully what this soft nest is really about. Perhaps you want to begin by reflecting on how you feel normally, in your everyday life - the basic feeling that makes you, that shapes your everyday life. Can you reflect a moment on what this basic feeling is? The basic feeling in your body. The basic feeling that you have for your job. For your relationships, for your everyday life. For many of you this basic feeling is characterized by emptiness, by a certain coolness or even coldness, by loneliness. Deep within you feel a kind of void, a kind of emptiness. And this basic feeling shapes your life and your experiences. It defines you. And if we were to be precise: What is it really - this empty, cold feeling, this feeling of floating somewhat above-ground, this feeling of being unbalanced, feeling lifeless, numb. What feeling is this? And if we feel into it further: It is not really a feeling at all, not really an energy at all - but the absence of a feeling and the absence of an energy that makes up your basic feeling. Missing the feminine energy, missing the very specific quality of feminine energy is what defines your life, your way of feeling, of breathing, of walking, of eating. Missing this soft, safe energy is what defines your life. Similar to an orphan child missing the love of a mother, the softness of a loving person, the support, the nurturing, the caring – all these basic needs for a human, all these requirements to blossom are missing for an orphan child. And even if you had loving parents, you have grown up in a time when the feminine energy was very much in the background. And something was missing: A nurturing, a support, a safety. And your parents had missed it and your grandparents, too. And today I, Sophia invite you, together with all my sisters, with all the different sounds of the feminine energy – we invite you. We invite you to feel how unbalanced and lonely an orphan child really is. How unbalanced and lonely many, many humans today really are. It seems as though they have no roots, no safety, no trust. They seem to be so helpless, so separate and alone. And perhaps this doesn't apply to you necessarily. Perhaps you have already begun to receive this basic loving safety and this basic loving trust. Perhaps there are some areas of your life where you can sink deeper still into your soft nest. But for some of you who are listening today, for some of you this nest is the most important thing right now. It is the next step that lies ahead of you, to sink slowly and gently into this nest of the feminine energy. You see: The energy of Sophia lives within you. The wisdom of your soul is present within. Kwan Yin lives in your soul, lives within you. Her love and her compassion are streaming from within you. Mary Magdalene is a part of you and her gentleness and her readiness also dwell in your soul. Isis, too, is a part of you and her abundance, her assertiveness dwell in your soul as well. And Mary also lives within you, breathing her safety, her warmth for you. See how much assistance is already there for you, within you. So much love that just simply wants to embrace you. You see: There is nothing that you have to do for the feminine energy. There is nothing that you have to give, but accept their invitation to you, to sink deeper into this soft nest within which they have prepared for you. They are holding a space for you. They are holding a safe space for you. But it is not a safety that is only present at certain times, one that you cannot really rely on, but it is a safety that is always there for you. A part of your body, a part of your being and your soul holds this wonderful space for you. And this space is like a baby's room, like a soft nest into which you are allowed to sink, where you may finally come to rest, where you can finally feel that you are safe enough. Safe enough to make your breath flow softly. Safe enough to be held. Safe enough to simply be. *** So many humans are struggling day after day seeking this safety. They try to find this safety on the outside. They try to make their partner give them this safety. They discuss with their friends, with their colleagues from work, how others should be more loving towards them, more understanding, and they always get disappointed. And again and again the human you really are will reach a limit of being disappointed, for this safety doesn't exist on the outside yet. All the systems, all the structures on the outside have this lack in feminine energy, carry this lack in feminine energy within them and this is why it pointless to turn to the outside with your desire for security, desire for peace, desire to be finally safe. Your government and social systems are still based so strongly on the masculine energy and on the masculine energy alone – so that it is pointless to struggle to find this safety within your social system. We are speaking about something that is not realized yet on the outside. There is indeed a substitute for this safety, for this security. There are things like welfare. There are things like unemployment insurance, housing assistance, subsidies, family allowance. There are things like charitable organizations collecting money for humans, for humans who have forgotten their feminine energy. But these charitable organizations too take their energy not from the feminine part of their soul, not from the feminine principle, but from pity, from fear and from the deep-rooted conviction that there is indeed nothing. That for this poor unemployed person there is indeed nothing. That for this child there is indeed nothing. They have good intentions but they come from fear and they come from the deep conviction that this source of abundance and of safety is not there, that you have to substitute it and create it in an artificial way. And I would like to invite you to feel that you are about to take a step that the whole world is waiting for. You see: All the systems that humans have created are waiting to be finally connected again to the feminine energy, to the source of love and safety. How differently would social systems work if every human was so deeply connected to their own source? Would you pity other humans and be afraid for them if you were so deeply connected to a love within you that nourishes you with each new breath? Would you really be that scared still? Or would you begin to see: This human, too, is loved. This human is also so precious and so special. And his or her energy, too, holds a safe space, a soft nest that they need only to sink into. You see: Humans who are connected with their own source then step out from poverty, step out from limitations and anxiety. Humans who allow themselves to sink into this space of the feminine energy take a step into abundance, a step into life, into the joy of life. And the world is waiting for these humans who are so rich, so safe, so connected to this source within that wherever they go others are also inspired to surrender, sink into their safety and receive the love that lays there within waiting for them. For so long humans have created their social systems from lack, from anxiety, from separation. From lack they have formed their relationships; from lack they have built homes for the poor. They couldn't stand the poverty within themselves anymore, so they traveled to other countries to assist those whose poverty was so widespread and harsh. Unfortunately, they didn't know where the source of their abundance really lies. They looked on the outside, hoping that others would give them something. But they haven’t yet felt where the source of wealth is really hidden. And they haven’t realized yet that even those people who today still live in such deep poverty carry this source of plenty within themselves. But just as you believed for such a long time that you were not entitled to sink into this safety and receive this abundance that wants to flow for you again - so it is with the humans who are living in very poor countries. They are so deeply convinced that they are not entitled to accept their source of abundance and let it flow again. They are boring deeper and deeper wells into the earth in order to finally make water flow, but they don’t really say ‘yes’. They are not really ready. And so it is with those of you who have chosen the approach of working more and more, of struggling more and more. And so you struggle day after day and put all your time and all your focus on working. But you are not really ready to receive the bounty that is there for you. You accept the hard part of your creation. You take on the responsibility, you take on the worries, you take on the effort. But the other part of your creation, the part of the feminine energy, which only wants to give you gifts, which only wants to make you rich, which only wants to provide you with safety and love – have you thought of receiving this part of your creation, also? Have you thought of remembering this beautiful part of your creation? *** Humanity has reached such an important point, such an important point. Consciousness has reached such a point of expansion, like a fountain where the bowl has become so full that it can't help but overflow. And in the same way, the bowl of duality is full. The bowl of a certain period is full, and the energy of consciousness is about to run over the edge, beyond limitation, beyond sacrifice and beyond the inability to receive. You have been living in this poverty long enough, have been struggling in this void long enough, and now it is time for you to feel that the feminine energy holds a space for you - a new space of safety and security. You have been separated from this trust, from this safety and nurturing for all of your life and now you are beginning to perceive that there is something that waits for you, which wants to hold you. And the love of your feminine energy is so generous that it allows you as much time as you need. It allows you as much time as you need to slowly and gently make contact with this love. It allows you as much time as you need to get soft. It allows you as much time as you need to become familiar with your own wealth again, to form a relationship with your own wealth. *** You see: It’s not at all about going out and finding wealth on the outside - to work and work and always hope that something might be left over for you. No- it’s about switching your inner program, on a deeper level. The program that has led you so far to a ‘no’. No, I won't receive anything. No, I won't allow myself to be held. No, I am all alone. Can you allow yourself to change this inner program? And it is the loving invitation of the feminine energy that nudges you again and again, inviting you: Come, come allow this soft depth within you to take a new direction. Allow yourself to find, deep within you, a new ‘yes’. A yes so deep. A yes so safe. A yes so gentle. It is the love of the feminine energy that wants to return into your life. It has so many different voices, so many different expressions. And you can decide for yourself which voice you like to listen to best, which voice is the most comfortable for you. The feminine energy within you wants to give you such a big gift, something that belongs to you. It is your birthright to be so secure. It is your right, your deepest truth to be so rich. It is who you really are. And to receive the feminine energy again and to sink into this soft nest also means to come closer to yourself, also means to blossom - to allow your experiences, your life to blossom. It’s not just a spiritual exercise. No: It has an impact on your everyday life, on the experiences that you are creating as a human being. *** And before we conclude our gathering we want to point out something. To point out something that affects many spiritual humans. A choice that you have made on this deep level. And this choice is not really appropriate any more, the moment we move beyond the consciousness of duality. You see: For a long time it has been your firm conviction that you have to choose. Within duality you did have to choose between two poles, two extremes. For instance, in past lives you have had to choose again and again: Do I want to concentrate on my spiritual development and create this experience - OR - do I want to work on my human development, and create experiences that are more on the human level. This is an old program that you still carry with you today. This program of having to choose between two areas of your life that appear to be incompatible with each other. And most of you who today would call themselves spiritual: You did indeed choose in this life to concentrate more on the spiritual development of your soul, and in the process turned away from the basic things of human life. And this has had a huge impact on your life. It is an old trauma that most humans still carry with them – a painful wound that has forced you to deny yourself and separate yourself from some of the important things of human life. And many of you realize that your everyday life is still somewhat empty. It still seems somewhat dull, unfulfilled. How many of you enjoy the activities of the body - the real, joyful being in the body, the impulse to move, to dance, to go hiking, the playing, the feeling, the touching, the perceiving in the body – or is this in the background? How many of you feel a little numb, a little dissatisfied in your own body, as if it is not really that pleasing for you? How many of you feel the same way about having fun? Not only intellectually – doing things that the mind suggests are alright - but acting on your childlike desires from deep down in your belly? But today, together with me, I want you to look a bit deeper and recall: Recall that at a time not so long ago, when you were preparing for this lifetime, you chose a program. You chose a program for a spiritual life, for a life in which your soul would develop in such a wonderful way as never before. But you still believed at that that moment that other things are not possible. You were convinced that you have to give up the beauty of human life. You can’t have a pet – something your heart would long for – because you have to develop spiritually. Perhaps one day you will take a vacation and you will have to be apart, or it’s too big a commitment. Perhaps you don't believe that you can play in a band again, making music with other humans, contributing, because you think that you are strange, you are different and nobody would welcome you. There are so many reasons, so many reasons that you have invented, and all of them are not really true. They are the stories your pain is telling you. The trauma from being forced to choose between your soul you love so badly and your humanness that you love equally. And I, Sophia want to invite you to feel if it still feels right for you to give up such essential aspects of the human condition, to keep refusing yourself so much pleasure, so much fulfillment. For you see: Your spiritual development doesn't have to keep you from living. You don't have to lie motionless all day breathing. You don't have to sit all day struggling to finally say ‘yes’ to this life. How about beginning to discover again the pleasures of life? Switching your inner program deep within you so that either part becomes possible, both your spiritual development and the pleasures of being human. You can invite children into your life. You can go on a hiking trip and make joyful discoveries with your body. You can write a book. You can start a band and have friends and celebrate. You can enjoy your life so much. You can savor the sweetness and the abundance of your life. And do you know what the beautiful thing about it is? It will enhance and assist your spiritual development. Many of you shy away from really receiving the beauty of life. You long for it, but at the same time you are sometimes content to have no friends, no relationships, no house, no garden, no pets, no hobbies. For all these things would connect you so strongly to life - and deep within you there is still this program that you have set for your life. And you have set it in a way that only your spiritual development is important and precious. And do know what? The human self of you is awfully bored. For your human self doesn’t care if you integrate your parts or even if you breathe – it is meaningless for your human self. If you were to sink into meditation for your whole life - it is not really of much interest for your human self. If you awaken in the morning and your human self knows there is another empty, boring day lying ahead of you – that is not especially thrilling for the human self. Your human self is waiting to be happy, to be happy about having a loving partnership. To be happy about living in a beautiful apartment or a beautiful house. It is looking forward to sitting in your favorite armchair. It is looking forward to having breakfast. It is looking forward to painting, singing and dancing on this day. It is looking forward to meeting other humans, to talking, to sharing. It is looking forward to caring after your pet. It is looking forward to having a family and being present for your children and to sharing the abundance and the experiences of the human condition. Your human self loves going shopping. It loves holding fresh vegetables and fresh fruit and the feeling of taking home the bounty of life in your shopping bags. It is looking forward to the fine meal that you are going to prepare. It is looking forward to learning to cook and trying out new recipes. It is looking forward to inviting your friends for dinner and to enjoying, enjoying all of the things that life has to offer. Your human self has been ignored for a long time. To your human self life is so empty and so boring. It’s as though you have a child's room without any toys, without a soft bed, without the sound of music. A child's room which is so empty that the child within you really isn't happy at the moment. And I, Sophia invite you to feel: You haven't made a mistake. Nor is it your destiny not to express your human self. I invite you to feel that you don't have to be any different than other humans. You don't have to be separate from this life. You don't have to feel like the only human being upon this earth. It is time to switch this program deep within you. It is time to feel, it is time to perceive that being alive also includes the pleasures of being a human. You don't have to choose any more between joining a monastery or leading a fulfilled life. You can have both. You can both develop spiritually and lead a rich, fulfilled life. For you see: Life on this earth means to be present, to participate, and to create experiences. It means that you can say ‘yes’ to all of the things that are important to you that for a long time you had thought were not possible. Can you feel how harsh this choosing, this being forced to choose really was? How sad the human self was? Because in your life there were few beautiful things for your human self - little joy, little fulfillment. Can you become soft towards yourself and allow yourself to tap into much more of the beauty of life? There is so much more that wants to be there for you. You don't have to wait until this life is over. You don't have to wait until you have released a certain amount or reached a certain level either. You don't have to wait. You can begin today, in this moment, in this safe space, in this soft nest of the feminine energy, which loves you infinitely. Here in this safety you can choose for yourself: Yes. Yes, both sides of my life may blossom. The human and the spiritual are of equal value. They belong to me as my right and my left side belong to me. They strengthen each other. They enhance each other and they keep me in a sweet, loving balance. *** This is the invitation that we bring for you today, and this invitation has come in so many different shapes and sounds to you. And you can select what voice sounds the most beautiful to you, how the love of the feminine energy may touch you in the easiest way. You may choose for yourself. Choose: What is the most familiar to me? What do I feel safe and secure with? This does not mean that we have to deny the other aspects. It only means that we may begin with what is the easiest and the most natural for you. And so we let the energy of our present gathering fade away. All of the feminine energies that were in attendance today give you their infinite joy, their infinite love and gratitude for being allowed to come in so close to you. And they invite you. They invite you to sink deeper into this nest which has been prepared for you, and offer to accompany you, to strengthen you, to encourage you and to help you with finding the easiest way for you. A way that offers enough loving space for both the needs of the human being and the needs of the soul. And so we begin together...
